The manager was extremely accommodating about our early arrival and made every effort to ensure we could store our baggage and then enter the property as soon as it was possible. This was wonderful as we had three young children and after an early flight this flexibility was very much appreciated.
Maintenance - there were drainage issues. Sinks and handbasins didn't drain properly, we had no hot water for a couple of days and two of the bathrooms on the lower ground floor smelt very bad. In addition there was a piece of equipment for the swimming pool situated on the lower level which was extremely loud and so one could not leave the doors open at night because of the noise. The manager was very responsive but the hot water issue still took 2 days to rectify and the smell (mould I suspect) in the lower ground floor bathrooms did not go away.
