About this villa rental
It is located in an ideal setting for exploring Eastern Sicily: Taormina, Acireale, Catania, Syracuse, the Aeolian Islands, and Messina.
For those who love skiing, exploring caves, or hiking, Mount Etna offers countless opportunities.
We organize guided excursions to Mount Etna and the Alcantara Gorges, led by specialized guides, for an unforgettable vacation.
Just a few minutes away are the Riposto marina, the Torre Archirafi cliffs, the fully equipped Fondachello beach, and Marina di Cottone.
For those who wish, we offer a shuttle service to and from Catania Airport (for a fee).
Euthalia is the ideal retreat for spending carefree evenings with family or friends. Meticulously maintained, brand-new, and comfortable. Outside, you’ll find a wonderful private pool open year-round for guests’ exclusive use.
You can also relax in the outdoor heated hot tub (available from May through October; from November through April, the hot tub is not in use, but can be activated upon specific request to the owners). At your complete disposal is a spacious courtyard with a barbecue and a relaxation balcony, lounge chairs, a shower, seating areas, tables, and chairs—where you can enjoy breakfast and meals and comfortably soak up the sun by the pool.
Euthalia spans four floors, two of which are available to guests and feature three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. All rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort (TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi), and supplied with towels, toilet paper, and shower gel.
Next is the kitchen, featuring a small sofa and well-equipped with utensils, dishes, a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, etc. The kitchen opens onto a covered patio furnished with a small seating area, a coffee table, and chairs, where you can relax—perhaps while reading a good book.
There is also a laundry area available, equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and laundry and cleaning supplies.The remaining floors, including the attic, house the utility and service rooms (air conditioning, boilers, laundry, ironing room, etc.), which are supervised by the owners without disturbing your stay.
The owners reside in the loft located on the lower level of the villa, which has a separate entrance from the one designated for guests. We’ll be there to assist you during your stay.

We really did enjoy our stay in the house. Francesca and her husband was really great and helpful people. The third room was in another floor, but ok for us as we parent slept there. Could have been a living room in addition to the sleeping room and kitchen, but lot of space outside so we got used to it. The outside area was very fine included the private swimming pool. Very helpful people, and quick with answers and help. Thank so much Francisca & family :-)

We loved our time at this villa. I think that previous reviews concerned us but they seemed quite unfair when we were there. The owners do live in the building but they have no access to the apartment for guests, they don't use the pool area and you only see them when you need them.
The villa is somewhat remote, but it's mostly quiet. There are two decent restaurants which can be walked to. One is very close.
The beach area isn't great near the apartment but you can drive to lovely beaches nearby (like Taormina).
There are dogs in all of the apartments in town and the one next door tends to be vocal around 5pm. However, if you like dogs, it won't bother you too much.
Overall, it's a great place to stay with lovely hosts (there's a really cute tortoise in the pool area too, who comes out to visit you several times a day!)

Bon séjour dans un joli appartement, bien éclairé, dans un environnement magnifique. Moderne, confortable, fonctionnel et bien équipé avec les nécessités de base pour débuter un séjour. Quelques bons restaurants à proximité. Francesca est très disponible et nous a bien accueilli. Attention, nous avons dû inscrire « Giarre » au lieu de « Riposto » dans le GPS pour se retrouver. C’est une communauté distincte à quelques kilomètre de Riposto. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Accueil moyen. Rien dans le frigo pour nous. Nos passeports nous ont ete confisques durant plus d'1semaine jusqu'a la reception par le proprietaire du virement bancaire. La chambre a l'étage n'est pas isolee phoniquement. Donc, reveil tous les matins a 7hres avec la maisonnée qui n'est pas discrète. Adepte de la grasse matinée en vacance s'abstenir. Le reste est conforme au descriptif.
