Great garden with pool area, really beautiful surroundings in which you can fully relax. Nice hang out hut as well. Room wasn't very big but you only need it to sleep in. Loved the outside shower. Loved the staff, very friendly. Breakfast was good, we ordered the banana pancakes with honey on the side so it wasn't too sweet. Pancakes themselves were SO good! Owner was nice and came by for a chat. Their own snorkeling tour was also great.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and made a lot of noise every time you moved. Sunbeds by the pool were also not comfortable to sit on. Towels were very old, could use a little spruce up.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The property is quiet and relaxing, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious. I also appreciated having a scuba diving school directly on site, which is very convenient for diving enthusiasts.

However, there are several areas that could be improved. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom throughout my stay. I also noticed spider webs in the room, which gave the impression that cleanliness could be better. I was also disappointed by the price of the Menjangan Island excursion offered by the hotel. I paid 600,000 IDR, but later found the same excursion for around 200,000 IDR through other providers, including my accommodation in Banyuwangi. Regarding the scooter rental, I was asked to pay for fuel when returning the scooter. After three weeks of travelling around Bali and renting several scooters, this was the first time I had encountered this policy. In addition, I was charged 20,000 IDR even though I had only used about half of the fuel in the tank. Finally, the breakfast is quite basic and not very filling. Guests must pay an additional charge if they want a more complete breakfast. In summary, the property has a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and spacious rooms, but improvements in cleanliness, transparency of pricing, and breakfast quality would make the experience much better.
