Perfect family Holiday

Perfect :) Very nice, clean, comfortable and fully equipped house. Two floors, two flat, both of them with 3 rooms. Ground floor there are two double bed rooms with bathroom, one bunk bed room is without, but there is a separate bathroom in this floor. On the first floor there are also 2 double rooms, one with bathroom, and there is a bunk bed room plus a separate bathroom. Both of the flats have fully equipped kitchen, where you can find everything for cooking. The pool is amazing, the outdoor grill also, so this place is super. There is a shaded parking area for four cars. We were here 7 adults and 4 children (the oldest is only 2 years old 🤗) and we really enjoy the whole house. Only 100m and you can reach the sea, the bakery and the vegetable store. There is also a small grocery store close to the house. Every morning around 7am a car arrives here, and you can buy fresh fishes, crabs from the car.

Only the roads. Terrible... by car, by bike too. But I hope they are under construction and they will be better next year.

Fantastic

I really liked the house. The host is very kind and attentive. The pool is a blessing if the family goes with children. Peaceful place. The coast is close, you can go in any direction, it doesn't take 5 minutes and you are already in the water. The shop and the bakery are also very close.

I can't find this even with the worst intentions. There is nothing negative.

Perfect for our mixed stay of families with kids and party eager people.

Location was perfect - 2 beaches very close to the apartment. One beach was very nice, more private with no restaurants, with a nice view of the sunset. The second one had some shops, pancakes, burgers, restaurant and was more touristy. Shop is very close by also and it has more things than you would expect. The house is split into 2 apartments with 3 bedrooms, so we managed to have a quiet part on the second floor and late night talking and music on the ground floor, which was perfect for our setup with kids and people with no children. Outside area with seating and grill and pool is where you will spend most of your time, there is enough space and enough shade under the trees to pleasantly spend the full day. Also 2 outside showers and a bathroom for outside use, so you don't have to go inside. The host was very accommodating, coming in on most of the early mornings and cleaning the pool and area around it. He even cleaned the grill place one time. He was very respectful of our privacy and of the fact that most of the people were still sleeping, you only have a chance to meet him if you wake up very early with your kid :D Getting to Trogir or some city that has fresh fish or nightlife is a bit tricky, but that's the tradeoff that you expect when booking an accommodation like this. We paid 120 EUR for a taxi to Trogir and back, which was not that bad after all. Overall definitely recommend!

We had a great time here. The house and all the facilities are perfect. The beach is very close with a few people only. Can't wait to come back here again.

There was no microwave. There is no drinkable running water, one needs to be prepared for that. Water trucks are arriving to the area often posing some challenges on the single lane road.

"Great villa for relaxing holiday" We honestly loved our stay there. The owner Neno is a great host! He was always taking care of the property and the pool, so we can fully enjoy our holidays. The villa is modern, spacious, very clean and well furnished - just like in the pictures. We were 12 adults with 5 small children and we had plenty of space for all of us. BBQ place with outside sitting area is very convenient. The pool was always clean, the water condition was regularly checked and ideal for kids as well. The house is in small village not crowded with tourists and therefore very quiet and relaxing. A restaurant, small supermarket and an ice stand are located nearby. The beach is reachable by foot under a minute. Exactly what we were looking for - we would definitely recommend it.

Ubytovanie bolo naozaj vynikajúce, krásna vila so všetkým vybením

Vila bola užasná, vybavenie bolo neskutočné, bazén skvelý, pán majiteľ chodil čistiť bazén každý druhý deň, pýtal sa vždy či niečo nepotrebujeme a doniesol ak bolo treba. Vila je naozaj 2 minúty vzdialená od pláže, buď môže ísť človek na jednu stranu na pláž alebo na druhý, keď na jednej fúkalo na druhej bolo bezvetrie. Obchod je 2 minúty tiež a je v ňom docela všetko.

Lokalita je skôr pre rodiny s ďetmi alebo ľudí čo vyhľadávajú kľud, lebo tam nie sú žiadne bary ani reštiky, žiadny večerný život. Je tam jeden drahý bar a ešte drahšia reštika vzdialená asi 15 min peši.
