Nice apartment in good area

Location was close to beach and a couple of lovely restaurants. Pool area is nice downstairs but sunbeds limited, more sunbeds on the roof but no working parasols so no where to find shade in 35c heat Rooms were very clean with ample space for family of 4 Ice machine was a nice touch Good Wifi onsite

No parasols working on the roof. Still old chicken left in the BBQ so couldn’t use that amenity onsite Site has onsite parking but you need to get there early or you’ll struggle to find a space Rooms could do with a oven glove to retrieve hot pans

Mildly ok stay…

Walking distance from beach, close to restaurants and bars. Nice pool

IKEA level furnishings although the building itself is of high quality. Beds and pillows not comfy. Many things need to be digitally, touch screen activated and not simple and easy to figure out. Explanations were super quick. Eventually couldn’t use the jacuzzi. Outside facilities were disorderly and and already starting to look rundown.

Beautiful, modern villa in perfect location

Rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, and the facilities were nice, including the pool, grill, and large dining table outside. Plenty of room for our large group to spend time together. Great location too - the beach is just meters away, and the property is a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Our host was super friendly and responsive. This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at in Croatia.

We were surprised to find out that they require a 300 euro cash deposit on check in. I've never before had to pay a cash deposit for a vacation rental.

Beautiful location, pool and fabulous host.

The host Mia was fantastic. She helped us with everything from the minute we arrived until we left. The property is well-finished, our room was very nice but small. I would not recommend this room for five adults, but it was adequate for two adults and three kids. Other apartments are more extensive and might be roomier; for example, there was very little space to walk around the bed in the main bedroom. The communal areas are beautiful including the pool. Mia works very hard to make your stay comfortable and will make restaurant bookings for you, which we were very grateful for.

Exceptional

Beach Villa Valentina is really an amazing place. It offers luxurious and really well-equipped apartments and nice swimming pool. Morover jacuzzi placed on the rooftop guarantees stunning views on the see, island and the whole seaside both in the moring as well as at night. The Villa is located really close to sea and has direct 20 meter way to the beach. I truly recommend Beach Villa Valentina!

Amazing apartment and great location!

Very comfortable apartment! Can't fault it at all. Great air conditioning, WiFi, very comfortable beds. Pool is great and we loved the roof top terrace. The host was exceptional!

A clean, modern apartment with comfortable beds but much smaller than the photos give the impression of. Poorly equipped

Clean, modern, comfortable beds, very effective aircon. Our host Mia was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to sort out any problems that arose. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and activities (SUP boarding, sailing, boat trips, jet skiing, inflatable courses). Close to Split, Trogir and other tourist sites.

The apartment is tiny. The twin room is so small that the truckle bed beneath doesn’t actually pull out fully for use, hence the mattress had to be used in the sitting room where there are no blackout shutters and everyone walked through to use the toilet or kitchen, thus repeatedly waking my daughter. The swimming pool is equally small and cold. The photos are very deceiving: it is half the size I was expecting and only really fits 3 people. The kitchen is poorly equipped for the extortionate cost of the apartment.

Lovely property very close to a beautiful small beach. Nearby a small supermarket and few beach restaurants. Everything is new and very clean. Building manager Mia is great and always very helpful ! She really ads the value. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Nice and calm area with small pine forrest nearby. Small pool downstairs but was not crowded. Very nice property for a chill and relaxing stay.

Exceptional

Great location. A few minutes to the beach and around 10 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. Amazing view from the roof terrace. Mia, our contact was amazing. So friendly and helpful. She even printed our boarding passes and sent many restaurant recommendations. We used Uber to get into Trogir, which was around 10euro. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed. Aircon was fab, bathroom and shower great, and it was very safe and secure. We didn't use the pool as we preferred the beach, but it was well maintained.

The only small downside was the second bedroom. We were under the impression it had two separate single beds. However, one was a pullout from underneath the other. It was not a massive issue, as we made the sofa up into a bed instead.

Great location, luxury penthouse, the best view!

The whole penthouse is luxurious, from the interior to appliances. The best was the view from the rooftop terrace which we the had for ourselves. Although we stayed out of the main season, we found couple of good restaurants opened nearby. We can't wait to return in summer!

Absolut toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder..

Die Lage ist optimal, in ein paar Sekunden ist man schon unten am kleinen Strand, der allerdings schon etwas voll ist, aber sehr schön. Der größere Strand ist auch nur ein paar Minuten weiter. Tolle Lage, mit Blick aufs Meer.. Sehr nette Familie, sprechen alle Deutsch, wir kommen bestimm wieder.. hat uns super gefallen.. Bis Bald Villa Valentina

Es gibt wenig Parkplätze und teilweise sehr eng, wenn man große Autos hat. Die Garage ist komplett eng, da können nur Profis parken, da sind wir gleich wieder raus gefahren. Aber für jedes Problem gab es eine Lösung, auch mit dem Parkplatz hat es dann doch ganz gut geklappt.

Modernes Wohnen nah am Strand

Recht neues Haus, moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung - sowas war in Kroatien nicht ganz einfach zu finden. 2-3min zu Fuß zu einem schoenen Strand mit 2 Restaurants - wegen Hanglage sollte man aber keine Gehbehinderung haben. Schoener Dachgarten mit tollem Ausblick und Whirlpool, Dusche, WC und div Liegen. Wohnung komplett klimatisierbar. Großes Lob fuer die elektr. Rollos, endlich in Dunkelheit schlafen.. Einfacher Checkin. Netter kleiner Pool mit Liegen. Supermarkt 5min zu Fuß, nach Trogir 13min mit dem Auto. Parkplatz vorm Haus und zusaetzlich Tiefgarage (nicht ganz einfach erreichbar).

Fuer Ruhesuchende ggf schwierig, bedingt durch die Lage der Balkone (und vorallem die mangelnde Ruecksicht der Mitmenschen). Es ist mir zudem ein Raetsel, warum man am Pool eine riesige Musikbox zur Verfügung stellt - die auch durchaus von anderen Gaesten bedient wird, gefragt wird man von ihnen nicht ob einem das Gedudel passt. Daher war der Pool fuer mich raus, schade.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, schöne Penthousewohnung mit toller Aussenküche und Meerblick. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung.

Außenanlage war noch in der Vorbereitung und nicht sehr einladend und in keinem gepflegten Zustand.Wir hatten mit beheiztem Pool gemietet, dieser war im Nachhinein dann aber nur saisonal nutzbar, also nicht für unseren Aufenthalt. Nach Reklamation hat die Agentur die Anzeige verändert und behandelte uns sehr unfreundlich ohne jegliches Entgegenkommen. Whirlpool war ständig aus, keine spontane Nutzung möglich. In den Kleiderschränken befanden sich noch „Reste“ der Vormieter (angetrunkene Wasserflasche, Kaufbelege, Ohrenstäbchen). Keiner der vier Tresore war in Funktion. Die Aussenküche ist toll, muss aber dringend repariert werden: klemmende Türen, etc. Die Kaffeemaschine in der Innenküche haben wir aus hygienisch bedenklichen Gründen nicht verwendet. Die Eigentümer und Vermieter der Villa sind aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie sollten lieber selbst vermieten und sich diese unfreundliche Agentur einsparen.
