Perfect family vacations
We had an amazing week in our “Il merlo inamoratto” apartment at Podere Farinello. Everything was just fantastic! Such a picture perfect place, just like you imagine Tuscany. The apartment is lovely and we couldn’t get over the pretty views out of every window. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped so we cooked every day. The saltwater pool was amazing for the kids and the grown-ups. And the location outside the buzz of the city to really relax, but still so close to everything for grocery shopping and day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Montecatini, Florence, different beaches… Also the owners sell excellent quality olive oil and wine, they are very nice and helpful, as well as the concierge Isabel who always answered very quickly in English. All in all, a perfect stay! Mille grazie!

Wonderful Stay
Great location with beautiful views and lovely surroundings. Fab pool. Very friendly hosts. Really nice outside space. Easy to get into Lucca for restaurants and things to do, or to lots of other interesting places to see close by.
Mattress of the double bed dips a lot in the middle so isn't particularly comfortable.

Ruim, proper, alles wat je nodig had. Het zwembad was goed onderhouden en meer als groot genoeg. Mooi uitzicht vanop je terras. De host reageerde tijdig bij vragen of opmerkingen. Ik zou dit zeker aanraden.
Zoals we al meerdere keren gemerkt hebben in Italië: de koelkasten zijn niet van goede kwaliteit. Ze vriezen snel aan tegen de achterwand. Dus je moet wel wat "spelen" met ze goed af te regelen, opdat ze noch te koud, noch niet koud genoeg staan.
