Big rooms, nice views from the balconies. Mountains, sea, Town... Everything. Perfect location. Not directly near the road, so its quiet. Rooms standard looks like 20 years ago but its just fine because its very clean, everything is working, no problems at all. Functionallity: 100%, and the price! 8 nights with sea view in a big room with big balcony, your own kitchen and bathroom for 1500 PLN? Worth it! I recommend to have a talk with owners. They make their own wine, they are very kind and helpful, and their daughter Danica is a gold woman!!!

Clean comfortable apartments

Simple, clean and comfortable apartments, in walking distance from the sea. Very friendly and flexible hosts were very responsive to any questions and allowed us to check out later and also offered to look after our luggage for a few hours after checkout - thank you!

It could get hot at night and there was air conditioning in one of the bedrooms only, nevertheless our host offered us a fan which solved the issue for the room with no aircon

Dana and her Parents are amazingly kind people, excellent hosts. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioner was a life saver. The location is great, there are many nice beaches in walking distance. The free parking is also a great feature. We would be happy to return any time 😊

The best place to stay for a memorable beach vacation!

Everything, from the moment we step in till the end. Danica and her family are super kind and made our stay better than we could ever imagine. The apartment (super clean!!) had everything we needed: a balcony, a beach umbrella in the closet (that was a huge plus!) and a bottle of homemade wine (from Danica’s father wine yard) to welcome us. The building is also really close (like less than 1 km) to beautiful beaches (sveti stefan included) and supermarkets (literally one minute walk). It truly has everything you need for a good permanence.

Exceptional

Villa Dalex is located in Przno, away from the noisy center of Budva. The host speaks English and is very helpful, the room has air conditioning and all necessary accessories. The road to access Dalex is slightly steep, which may be a little difficult for inexperienced drivers from the lowlands. The nearest beach is Kamenovo - a 5 minute walk, there is also a fastfood and a mini supermarket nearby.

I would like to come back.

Very nice and helpful hosts, willing to give and acquire all necessary information, arrange matters for the guest e.g. transfer. They took me to a nearby monastery, which I wanted to see. Very good communiction in English. Near the shop. Pleasant view. I wouldn't call it mountain view but it was nice and quiet.

The room is really small, rather for one person. Ventilation of the bathroom was not perfect.

Happy we found this great appartment. It is one of the reasons why we want to return to this area.

The hosts are absolutely fabulous, super helpful and nice. Everything in the appartment is very clean. Good wifi in the room. We stayed in a room with the terrace with mountain view, which we liked as it was green, with olive trees, kiwi reaching up to our terrace. There are 5 beautiful beaches within a walking distance from the appartment. There is a little grocery store nearby, a nice restaurant. A place with many great restaurants right on the beach/water is within a 10-15 minutes walk. Budva is at 10 minutes drive, Tivat airport at 35-40 minutes drive.

Very welcoming and friendly host

Apartment was cleaned everyday and was comfortable to stay in. I had the room with the balcony sea view and it was quite nice and enjoyable. The location is nice as you can easily reach many beaches nearby, including beautiful Sveti Stefan. We were by car, so we were visiting different beaches and cities everyday. Roughly 15mins to Budva city, 40mins to Kotor and many other nearby places worth visiting. Kudos to the staff for the warm welcoming, and making sure the guests have a pleasant stay.

Everyone was super friendly! The room was clean, there are 2 minimarkets nearby and 7 minutes walk to the sea. Definitely recommend! We really enjoyed our stay :)

Okay (bit expensive for what you get), nice owner

VERY friendly and always helpful owner. Got a bottle of local wine for welcome. A bottle of water and some candy as well as shampoo/soap for free. Cosy bed. Apartment was cleaned every day. Near to several (pebble) beaches. With the bus/car in 15 min. in Budva Old Town. Nearby two Mini-Stores for buying food.

For the price: Missing: Mosquito nets, rolling shutters (possibility to really darken the room). Room a bit dark (not enaugh light through windows and lights not bright enaugh, especially in the bathroom). Neigbours/other guests (?) with loud music during the day (a lot of other accomodations in direct neigbourhood). Parking is a bit a challange. Bathroom stinks from time to time (I guess out of the sinks so maybe that's nothing the owner can change).

Piękny widok z balkonu. Lokalizacja blisko kilku plaż, a jednocześnie z daleka od tłumów. Możliwość dojścia nadbrzeżnymi ścieżkami (w tym tunele w skałach 🤩) do Sveti Stefan i do Budvy ( z Budvy powrót autobusem - jeździ co 15 min). Bardzo mili gospodarze. Częsta wymiana ręczników 🙂

Bir aile oteli. Kamenovo plajına çok yakın. Yakınında market, restoran var. Sveti stefana minibüsle 10dk, budvaya da minibüs kalkıyor. Aracımız için park yeri vardı. Çoğu yerde park sorunu olduğu için minibüsle gitmeyi tercih ettik. Otelin manzarası çok güzel. Her gün havlular, nevresimler değişiyor. Çöpler alınıyor. Odalarda klima mevcut. Çok ilgililer. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. ✅☺️

Foarte bine

Locația este destul de aproape de plaje frumoase. Cea mai aproape este plaja Kamenovo și la maxim 10 min de mers cu mașina plajele de la Sveti Stefan. Am dispus de toate facilitățile pentru a avea un sejur liniștit și frumos. Nu ne a lipsit nimic: gunoi luat zilnic, prosoape curate la 2 zile, feon, masa de călcat, umbrela pentru plajă, frigider, plită ( durează cam mult până se încălzește…dar merge pentru ceva ușor de făcut: ouă fierte, crenvurști, etc.). Cameră AC, dar și balcon, iar priveliștea spre apus e ceva deosebit. Există posibilitatea de a lua autobuz spre orașul Budva, dar trebuie luat în calcul doar mai devreme de ora 18:00. Ce trece de 18:00 presupune trafic foarte greu. Gazda primitoare și dispusă să ne ajute cu tot ce avem nevoie.

Aș zice mărimea camerei, dar nu e neapărat un aspect care mi a displăcut, ci mai degrabă un moft personal. Mi aș fi dorit să fi fost un pic mai spațios locul. Lipsa unui mop la baie. Din dorința de a nu lăsa urme pe jos, ne am fi dorit să fi avut posibilitatea de a șterge cu ceva pe jos după fiecare duș. În rest, totul a fost super bine.

Plaja destul de apropiata, tinand cont de structura localitatii si a tarii in general. Drumul care ducea la plaja, pt motivul ca era plin de vegetatie si tinea umbra. Restaurant peste drum cu mancare f buna. Doua minimarket uri la baza pensiunii si un fastfood pe care nu l am incercat; Facilitatile oferite si faptul ca se facea curatenie in fiecare zi in camera. Gazda vorbeste o engleza impecabila, raspunde prompt la toate cerintele; Gazda a fost mult diferita fata de localnicii din Muntenegru; educata, corecta, amabila;Un om bun; Plaja Kamenovo de langa proprietate este de departe cea mai buna si confortabila plaja atat din Becici, Budva si Sveti Stefan; Credeti ma le am incercat pe toate din zona; Atat la preturi care sunt cat de cat rezonabile. dar si la facilitatile oferite.

Faptul ca se auzea orice zgomot din camerele alaturate; Izolarea fonica nu exista; Camerele destul de mici,( dar nu ne a deranjat); Panta pe care trebuia sa o urcam in fiecare zi de la proprietate; Seara era ok, insa ziua dupa plaja era mai dificil; Dar am facut sport/ cardio;😊

Нам дуже сподобалось! Номер охайний, чистий, кожного дня було прибирання. Особливо сподобались власники помешкання, підказали абсолютно все, що треба було знати для якісного відпочинку. Przestronny apartament z udogodnieniami.Przesympatyczna właścicielka która poczęstowała nas butelką wina własnej roboty i udzieliła wielu istotnych wskazówek.Rewelacyjny widok z tarasu.Co drugi dzień wymieniane ręczniki.Do najbliższej plaży ok.10 minut,w pokoju leżak na plażę do naszej dyspozycji.Dwie minuty od domu 2 osiedlowe sklepy,ale dobrze zaopatrzone i przystanek autobusowy żeby pojechać do Budvy lub do Swiety Stefan.Do Becici ok 20 minut drogi wzdłuż plaży.Naprawdę bardzo polecam

Прекрасные гостеприимные хозяева, в качестве комплимента при заселении нам подарили бутылку вина. Как я понял, сам хозяин делает это вино. Это не то вино, что в пластиковых бутылках, а там все в маркировках, этикетках, то есть все на высоком уровне. Сам отель расположен недалеко от Свети Стефана, и недалеко от Будвы. Если вы на машине, проблем добраться вообще не будет. Если не на машине, рядом много красивых пляжей, но в сезон людей много везде. Номер, по соотношению цена качество приемлемый, учитывая, что я брал номер в сезон и ценник тут просто нереальный. Совет, вообще, приезжайте в октябре, будет и море и солнце, и природа, ценник ниже в три раза, людей не будет.

Из минусов, парковка не совсем у дома, для меня это не было проблемой, плюс каждый раз парковать параллельной парковкой под дерево, учитывая, что я не самый лучший параллельный парковщик, было немного дискомфортно, однако, я повысил свой уровень парковки
