Son, who works reception, cooking, service, is absolutely great and does everything he can to help and make you feel welcome. Nice relaxed ambiance in the reception / dining hall. Excellent breakfast ($)
I stayed in 2 rooms, 201 and 301, and both had a fairly annoying compressor noise in them more than half the time. This was independant from the room's air conditioner. Like a vibration or hum. I noticed other rooms did not have that noise. Since I spent very little time in the room I did not bother them with it.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood but not too far from old town.

Villa nhưng phòng không có khăn tắm, không có nước suối.
Phòng cũ, đồ dùng cũng cũ, có chỗ rỉ sét, miếng chà chân ngay trước nhà tắm vừa cũ vữa bẩn.
Phòng mình ở trộm vía chỗ thoát nước tắm lại tràn ra chỗ bồn rửa mặt, nói chung là chán.
Vị trí cũng không gần phố cổ, xung quanh cũng không có chỗ mua đồ ăn. Nói chung không xứng với giá tiền bỏ ra.
Phòng lúc mình nhận cũng không giống với trên ảnh.
