    The staff are lovely, and the hotel has a really relaxed vibe. Unfortunately we got the worst room, on the ground floor, at the bottom of the stairs (I think it was room 1). it has no view and was right near the hotel service areas. There was a bath, but it faced onto an internal space (no light) filled with plastic plants and a mountain of dust, very depressing. The bath also took far too long to fill, and drained slowly whilst in it as the plug didn't seal properly. If we had any other room, I think it would have been 5 stars all round. Pool was really serene too.

    Mai was hospitable and friendly, and the breakfast at the villa is nice :) I love the pancake and fruits. Had an enjoyable stay.

    We LOVED our stay here. Mai and her family are so lovely, and they go above and beyond to accommodate. From amazing breakfasts every morning, to where to exchange currency, to laundry service, our every need was met. We found the location to be excellent, in a lively and vibrant neighborhood that is quiet at night. The heart of the bustling Old Town is just over the bridge and easily accessible by the provided bicycles in about 5 minutes. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, and our views of the river and town were amazing. Highly recommend!
