בעלת הדירה נעימה מאד, הדירה נוחה, 2 יחידות פרטיות עם מטבחון/סלון משותף , קרובה מאד לבית חב"ד בדירה התחתונה ישנה אפשרות יציאה לרחוב עם מפתח ולא רק עם הקודן שבדלת הראשית. מרחק הליכה של כ 1 ק"מ לכיוון העיר העתיקה וכ 500 מ' לגשר המוביל לאי שבו המופע הלילי
הדירה זקוקה לנקיון כמו שצריך, באחד החדרים המזגן דלף מעל המיטה.
