The self check in and checkout was very smooth and the instructions were very clear.
Giuseppe responded super quickly to any inquires, was extremely kind, hospitable and polite.
The house is very spacious and has a lot of activities and games.
We stayed for one night and were very happy with everything.
Only thing that is finicky is that the way to the house is a bit narrow, however we still managed to move in and out with a van. If you have a car it should not be a problem

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, villa ideale per chi ha bambini, tanto spazio a disposizione con tavolo da ping pong e calcetto. Camere spaziose, due bagni, cucina attrezzata di tutto, presente anche una lavatrice. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare anche due bottiglie di acqua e le cialde per il caffè. Inoltre ci ha dato anche la possibilità di un late check-out alla 12 non avendo altre prenotazioni.
La villa si trova alla fine di una via stretta, la notte la strada è molto buia, è necessaria l'auto per spostarsi. Con qualche accortezza la struttura potrebbe essere ancora più accogliente e qualche sedia in più visti i tanti posti letto sarebbe stata apprezzata.

What a wonderful stay at Villa Giu. Giuseppe our host could not have been more kind and helpful. Giving use great advice on places to visit and eat. Very kindly taking and picking us up for the train for Palermo and answering any queries we had. The villa and gardens are large and spacious with beautiful views of the mountains behind and from its balcony towards the sea and further mountains.
The villa is cool, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Located in a rural setting but within walking distance of the lovely Terrasini and its beach.

Ottimo complesso residenziale costituito da una villa separata adatta ad ospitare diverse famiglie. Nonostante sia in una posizione leggermente decentrata è molto facile da trovare anche grazie alle minuziose e dettagliate indicazioni del gestore.
ottima la pulizia e la logistica della casa nella sua complessità.
Nulla, l'abitazione ha tutto il necessario.
