For this difficult moment, the price for a stay in this holiday home is fixed together with you possible guests.
This holiday home surrounded by greenery of an organic orchard is provided with everything, including wifi internet, has a ground floor with double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed for two persons, from the internal stairs you access the first floor has three large rooms and a small one with a bed plus one bath with tub, all rooms have windows or balconies, outside we have a large parking area
barbecue, garden chairs, umbrellas, a rocking chair, a children's slide and 1 acre of orchard garden where you can freely harvest the fruits.
In the garden there is a irrigation tank adapted to swimming pool, fun for everyone.
The entrance of the property is located on the state road 113, the place is ideal for excursions almost to the center of a highly tourist area: Caltafimi Segesta is 4 km., Segesta archaeological park 10 km., Hot water baths Segesta at km.12, the first sea at 17, Trapani to 30 and Palermo at km.75.
The house is rented whole with moderate prices, the rental price depends on the number of people and the period, discounts for medium to long periods.
Country life is beautiful away from city stress, air and healthy foods, you can enjoy playing in the large area in front of the house or take walks or races, or even pastimes / enjoyment cultivate some plants (under expert advice on the property) make barbecues with wood of property, gather tasty organic fruits.

We so enjoyed our stay! My husband & I and another couple appreciated the central location and fresh vegetables from the garden, ideal for exploring the countryside just south and west of Palermo. Great “home base” to explore Marsala to the west, Selinunte to the south, Castellamare del Golfo and Vito de Capo to the north, and the nearby towns of Salemi and Calatafimi Segesta. Friendly and helpful host, great value, and convenient location.

The owner is there to help you with everything, huge house where you can sleep very well even if outside is hot. The garden is lovely.

We stayed 5 nights at this property. It is in good location: 30 min. from Trapani airport, about an hour from Palermo, an hour or so from Marsala. So, it is ideal for one day Sicilian sightseeing trips, for example Cefalu or Erice, not to mention that there is a very interesting archeological site not far from the house (a couple of km). The house itself is well equipped and has a grill, which always comes in hand (it certainly did for us) considering a very nice fish market in Trapani. Of course this property is more than just a house in good location - it gives a great experience of Sicilian countryside. It has been a while since I have been woken up by a rooster. But the greatest treat of our stay was Andreas hospitality and kindness. We were lucky as Andrea supplied us with with delicious vegetables, tasty wines and olive oil to die and kill for. Thank you, Andrea. Hope we will see you soon
