Umístění budovy blízko pláže, 2 obchody za rohem, restaurace poblíž. Obchod Despar cca 1km daleko. Klidná lokalita. Až na místě jsme zjistili, že v apartmánu není wifi, ale obratem vyřešeno zapůjčením modemu, je ovšem lepší si ho rezervovat předem. Jinak v popisu jsou opravdu detailní informace o vybavení a podmínkách, wifi nás nenapadla. Dobře zařízeno, uklizeno. Personál v agentuře vstřícný a příjemný. Do centra Grada cca 3,5km po pobřežní promenádě. Apartmán ve skutečnosti lepší než vypadal na fotkách, byli jsme mile překvapeni. Moře v této oblasti trochu lepší než jinde v Grado Pineta. Spousta míst na plážích, a to i na neplacených. Pláže uklizené. Hezké místo na procházky a kolo a poklidně strávenou dovolenou. Doporučuji paddle board.
Klimatizace byla jen v obýváku. Moře slabší, mělké, velký příliv a odliv a hodně travin/chaluh, žádné veřejné sprchy a wc na pláži, ale to s ubytováním nesouvisí.

5 perc volt az egész kulcsfelvétel, téérképen megadták az irodában, hogy hová menjünk, hol parkoljunk.
A páraelszívó nem működött, az egész lakásban csak egy légkondicionáló volt, ami nem hütőtte le az egész lakást, de nem volt elvislelhetetlenül megleg.

Reggeli nem volt. A környék nagyon szép nyugodt jó el helyezkedésű.Nagyon kedves hölgy fogadott a recepción .Segítőkész volt maximálisan.
A közelben lévő pékség alkalmazottai nem voltak túl kedvesek.Nincs ingyenes wifi,mondjuk ez Olaszországban jellemző sajnos.
