Comfortable, modern and clean flat, a pet friendly accomodation with lift :-) Good equipment, kitchen, air conditioning and also a washing machine. Parking possibility secured under the house - own parking place.
Nice area, close to beach and also to a beach for dogs. Perfect bakery not far from the flat. Helpful and kind owner :-)
100% recommended for a perfect stay full of relaxation.
The bed mattress was a bit hard for me (but this my subjective opinion)

Clean, well equipped apartment, in a perfect location (2min walk to the see). It was also quiet, and offering an own parking lot. It has an excellent price/value ratio. There is no bad words for the owner also, we have got tipps, and any help needed.
Recommended for families, as this part of Grado is really peaceful and not crowded like the oldtown.
