Very kind, helpful and polite owner. We felt really welcome because she made sure that we have everything we needed. The house has very good location, just couple of meters from the beach surrounded by large garden. Take-away food stand is also close by. There are 2 bedrooms, both with A/C. Plenty of parking space. Terrace with sea view. Appartment is well equipped.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and let's say that this place has its distinct smell. Tourist agency shares the courtyard, so you get people coming in and out of what looks like your garden - that kind of disturbs the feeling of privacy.

The location was beautiful. It was right at the beach and there was a big terrace from where you could see the ocean and a garden with palm trees as well where we hung our hammock, which made it really cozy (just watch out for the coconuts as they keep falling down). You can open the double doors between terrace and living room which made it very spacious. Also the staff from angel tours (they had their meeting point right next to the house) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also even tho their meeting point for tours was on the same premise I never felt like uncomfortable or lacking privacy since everyone kept a respectful distance.

The place needs to be renovated and cleaned properly. I get that a complete renovation is expensive but at least changing smaller things like curtains, bedsheets, cutting board or the toilet brush should be taken seriously since it’s obvious most (if not everything) in the house has been there for decades. Also the cleanliness could be improved, we had reoccurring problems with ants and cockroaches as well as a musty smell in every room that stayed even after leaving the windows open for hours. Especially since I found numerous reviews reaching back several years that mention the same issues, I wonder why the repeated feedback didn’t lead to an improvement. The property seems to be for sale so I don’t think there will be any investments made into renovating the place anymore and it’s obvious it has been neglected for quite some time.

Грязно! Так грязно не должно быть в апартаментах которые сдаются в аренду для туристов! Понятно, что дом старый, ремонт старый - в этом есть очарование! Но в доме должно быть чисто! Должна быть чистая кухня! Чтобы приступить к готовке блюд нам пришлось самим вымыть всю кухню! Должно быть больше вклада собственника в поддержание чистоты и удобства в доме! Мы жили в 4х апартаментах на островах: это было самое дорогое и самое грязное жилье из всех!
