Nice place, nice view! We really enjoyed our stay here four nights for celebrating the Chinese new year!
The floor in the bedroom creaks, which might disturb the rest of the companion.

Views, Views, Views. Comfy beds. Tons of room. Need to be able to negotiate stairs, but that is fine for us. Showers in two ensures are a bit weird in that they are fully enclosed, but probably just something to reduce the steam escaping throughout the bedrooms. All bathrooms are beautiful, heated towel rails (never had that before). The Jacuzzi was excellent. Comfortably fits 2, and 3 can fit. probably wouldn't try for four at a time. And it would be gorgeous in Winter. Electric Garage door, but button is only inside, so last passenger into the car just needs to press it and then duck out. Need to go via the front door to open it when you return.
We didn't use it , but the outdoor fireplace was set ready to use, with plenty of timber supplied. The leaflets provided for Queenstown attractions were up to date.
There are some negatives which are relatively minor, but the price charged probably justifies ongoing improvement. But the overall stay was awesome.
The clothes washer/dryer. The very basic instructions didn't help. Better to leave the instruction manual on site. Didn't dry clothes and then locked them in so we spent 45 minutes with three people on different devices Googling trying to figure out how to get the door opened.
Also couldn't get any of the Sky channels on the TV (the local channels that are delivered through Sky worked - so guessing the subscription expired??)
They are trying hard not to encourage the local stray cat, and we didn't see it, but if I had to guess the garden at the front door is where it 'frequents often' which is not a great impression for such an impressive house.
Not sure who owns the parking in front of the house. We used the garage, but there were multiple cars in the other spots directly in front of the house - no issue, just to note.

It was wonderful stay. The house was ideal for our family.
Beautiful views, comfortable rooms and bathrooms.
Unfortunately due to bad weather we couldn’t use outdoor facilities such as dining tables, jacuzzi or fireplace. Maybe next time:)
