Localização excelente mesmo no centro de Montpellier. Aquecimento sem problemas. Casa equipada com tudo. Sala grande e com muita luz. O Alain é super simpático e muito prestável.
A casa foi recentemente pintada e ainda havia resquícios do NORMAL cheiro de tinta a secar. Piorou um pouco quando ligámos o aquecimento. Brevemente deixará de ser um problema, assim que a tinta seque completamente. É uma casa antiga e com o tal o isolamento em relação a barulhos da rua não é o melhor.

The location is perfect with place de la Comedie at the end of the road. The apartment has a beautiful view across terracotta rooftops, the tiled floor and thick walls helped to keep the apartment cool (even in August). My kids loved sharing the mezzanine room.

De grote ruimte, de locatie, heerlijk bed. Het is een oud appartement met karakter. Wel ruim 60 treden omhoog naar de derde etage. Grote nieuwe fitness om de hoek. Top supermarkt om de hoek. Winkelcentrum om de hoek. Wasmachine, vaatwasser. Vlak bij station.
Een paar nieuwe koekenpannen.

Waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise and warm blue skies! Great proximity to restaurants, city sights and the train station. The eclectic design and homely feel :)
It didn’t affect our stay but be aware that there is a little noise at night and no lift in the beautiful old building - so you need strong, fit legs to get up the 3 flights of stairs :)
