Great location! My family and I were going to Bandung and took Whoosh train from Cawang station which close to the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. The pool, while small, was clean and easy to use. And the meals, while nothing to write home about, were reliable and clean with plenty of choices.
The location was perfect for me, as I had a conference at UKI, around the corner, but I would not otherwise have wanted to stay at this busy location by the main road.
It was also annoying that the Hotel doesn't seem to trust its guests. You can theoretically "sign for things" to your room number, but it is only against a small deposit they take at the beginning, and one or two meals uses that all up. (But then there was somehow still an unpaid meal charge at the end?) Similarly, they never charged us for our laundry so then didn't give us our laundry because we hadn't paid? These seem like problems due to poor management, not something to blame on the staff, who did their best. It wasn't a big deal, but a well run hotel should not be having issues like this.
