Everything...staff very helpful and friendly. they went out of the way to organise airport transfers. Room was of a good size, very clean, clean bedsheets, functional bathroom, good lighting and we received a welcome platter of fruit. Breakfast was yummy and I understand, the menu changes daily. As we only stayed for one night before onboarding to Bandung, we highly value this hotel and will definitely return to stay at this hotel in the future.
The bed was a little hard to our liking. The kettle in the room kept tripping out when boiling water. Maybe a current load issue which was highlighted to staff

Only stayed for 1 night but everything seemed fine. Room was clean, staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was good.
