Very good

Lovely house with lots of character, very comfy beds, quiet but still in the city center, great value for money. There was also a coffee maker in the room which was great.

The shower was pretty cold.

The premises were close to the city centre, nice quiet location. Tea & coffee facilities in the room. Host is very friendly and although lives in the building not of any nuisance :)

There is no lift on the premises, we had to walk up two flights of steps. Room rather smallish but could do for a couple of nights.

Pleasant

Very quiet (at least the room looking to the garden), very comfortable bed, the room is relatively spacy, easy access to the hotel

There is a tv in the room which is also a DVD player, you can even find a few DVD boxes. But the machine neither plays the DVDs, nor has any TV program on any channel. The wifi is relatively slow/bad. They say that if you indicate in advance, they can bring you breakfast in the morning. But the previous evening 8 pm (when arriving) does not count advance enough... The bathroom arrangement is unfortunate (the door cannot be opened because of the sink). There is tea (and coffee) to drink in the morning, but there is no tea with caffein (only mint, fruit, and camomille)

Niente tranne il fatto che solo la biancheria era pulita

Non ho mai trascorso alcune notti in una struttura così sporca e con poca sicurezza. L'arredamento era vecchio e non funzionante. Telecomando rotto e TV non funzionante

Aangenaam en rustig.

Ruime kamer in mooi oud herenhuis. Heerlijk bed. Keukentje met koelkast (achter kastdeuren) was een fijne extra (stond niet in de beschrijving). Op loopafstand van het station. Dichtbij groene site van Sint Geertrui-abdij.

De vloer was niet schoon. De gastheer was niet erg communicatief (beantwoordde mijn vragen alleen als ik erop terugkwam.)

Lage sehr gut.

Das Apartment war extrem schmutzig. Die Tapeten fallen ab, es wurde nichts geputzt. In den Schränken lagen benutzte Sachen, im Kühlschrank war verschimmeltes Essen. Im Badezimmer war es am schlimmsten. Auf das Feedback wurde nicht reagiert.

Pri krátkodobej návšteve Leuven doporučujem.

Byt v centre, v porovnaní s ubytovaniami v Leuven aj dosť priestranný. Na jednu- dve noci vynikajúca voľba. Bolo tam všetko, čo je potrebné, uteráky, riady, káva, čaj, cukor. Pohodlné spanie pre kvalitný matrac a príjemné vankúše.

Asi sme mali smolu, ale prišli sme v najväčších horúčavách do mesta, keď bolo cez deň 37 stupňov, takže v byte bez klimatizácie to nebolo možné nijakým spôsobom schladiť. Našťastie večer sa zmenilo počasie a mohli sme byt dostatočne vychladiť aspoň na pohodlné prespatie, ale pri dokorán otvorených oknách je tam hluk z ulice. Ono to nevadí 1-2 noci, ale dlhšie by to už bol asi problém.

La cama era cómoda y la habitación espaciosa y está bien equipada.

Le falta mantenimiento, y sobre todo limpieza (tiene hasta telarañas!). Está bastante descuidado. La vitrocerámica no funcionaba... Lo peor, la falta de limpieza!

Molto carino e in posizione centralissima, consigliato!

Monolocale molto carino e in posizione centralissima, facile da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione. Gestore molto gentile che si è adoperato prontamente per risolvere un piccolo problema all'arrivo, comunicazione eccellente da remoto, via tranquilla e silenziosa.

Soltanto la pulizia della stanza non era impeccabile e alcune finiture potrebbero essere più curate per rendere top questa comunque ottima struttura.

vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage, großes Zimmer, etwas abgenutzt

Großes, sauberes, prinzipiell gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Einfacher Zugang zum Gebäude über Türcode. Schöne ruhige, dabei zentrale Lage.

Die gesamte Ausstattung ist abgenutzt und/oder klapperig (wackelndes Treppengeländer, lose Türklinken, alte klapperige Duschkabine im Bad, älteres teils abgenutzes Mobiliar). Ob einen sowas stört, ist Typfrage. Bei meinem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten (Freitag bis Sonntag) kein Personal vor Ort, Kommunikation nur über SMS.

Verblijf was voldoende voor een weekend dichtbij het centrum.

De locatie was goed, dichtbij het centrum maar ver genoeg van de rondweg of het uitgaansleven. Het was heel rustig waardoor we goed hebben geslapen. Het bed sliep goed.

Bij binnenkomst viel het op dat het onderhoud lang geleden was uitgevoerd. Ook in de appartement was het gedateerd. Wel was het voor ons voldoende voor een weekendje en enkel te slapen. Douche had goed warm water

Was een heel goed bed ,koffie konden maken op kamer,ligging was top

Te weinig info geen ontbijt terwijl ik dacht kamer en ontbijt had geboekt moest nog bellen achter code voor binnen te kunnen geen ontvangst konden daardoor geen vragen stellen en gingen we tenminste weten er geen ontbijt voorzien was ! En ik bijna binnen ging in een prive of andere kamer waar het naar ontbijt rook heel veel later kreeg ok dan een berichtje ze geen ontbijt meer mochten geven ….

De kamer en trappenhuis waren verwaarloosd. Douchecabine vies en achterstallig. Koffieapparaat was kapot. Trappenhuis hadden kapotte ramen. Handbrandmelder defect. Alles kan wel een opknap beurt gebruiken

Perfekt läge

När värden fick höra att vi hade åkt långt så erbjöd han sig att fixa parkering till oss precis vid vårt rum. Perfekt läge. Trevlig värd.

Tyvärr lite problem med spolning på toa som läckte. Inget större problem då man fick sätta på och stänga av flödet manuellt.
