Very nice.

The Host, Stela, was very nice and easy to reach to when you needed. She makes you feel comfortable and helps you in your stay.

It’s okay

The property location is excelllent

Very small and not suitable for a stay longer than 1-2 days. The bathroom doesn’t have an actual door, but a folding one that does not provide much privacy.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Family was very welcoming and friendly. Air conditioning was a blessing. Gardens and balcony were very lovely 🥰

Nice host and very adorable kitty. We had a really good time there. The sea was near to the house. They responde quick all our questions.

The house wasn't really modern and it was a little tiny for four people. It was near to the road we heard all the cars go by.

I don't remember ever vacationing in a place where I got the best value for money. A really realistic price and for those who want to enjoy the sea for a minimum of money, and with maximum enjoyment, this is truly the warmest recommendation! The host is friendly, the garden of the accommodation is beautiful, there are enough parking spaces, it is clean and away from the noise of the city, which can be an advantage for some. Also, it is close to the beaches, which are never crowded, and which are beautiful!

It takes about half an hour on foot to get to the center of Asprovalta, which is perhaps the only drawback.

Place was good for a one or two nights. Host is kind.

The shade, breeze in the property from the plants. Places to sit and dine in the yard. The host was kind and lovely helped us with dishes and even some sugar was very helpful and on feet ready. Parking lot in the shade. Clean sheets and room. Check in time they hosted us at 1 am. The bed was comfy. Internet working.

The whole "city" is left behind in time, this property was left without investing for years, there was smelly bathroom as in fecal smelly. Old time bedroom, building. Small kitchen very uncomfortable to cook.

Advisable for 1 night stay.

We reached the hotel in the middle of the night and had no trouble for check-in. The room and the bathroom facilities were clean enough. Fair price if you compare with other hotels near Asprovalta. If you're looking for 1 night stay, this may be your place.

The twin bad was really small. It was hard to sleep. The kitchen cubboard and the other equipments were old.

Lovely stopover

Comfortable bed, lots of hot water for showers, nice location, free parking, lovely host .

Just needs a little bit of updating but everything needed for overnight stay was there.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and very convenient - just 2 km away- from the center We really liked our time there.

Disappointing

Drosia apartment is locketed by the same end od Asprovalta village around 2 km from centar.The Host ,old cuople were very polite and Nice people but they dont speak very good english .The studio were we stayed ,was too small with old staff in side ,but with clean towels.Garden around was beautiful with lots of diferend kind of trees and flowers.Parking is just by the Hause our car was safe.

Superb

Nice, comfortable rooms, equipped with TV, fridge, kitchen and air-conditioning. Plenty of parking space within the property. Very close to the beach (about 5min walk) and close to the town of Asprovalta (about 15min walk) with plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Стаята беше за 3 души в нея двама души едвам се разминават. Тераса нямаше ползваше се обща, масичката с столовете беше на площадката пред стълбите откъдето минаваха всички гости, чувствахме се като в "руска комуналка" . Банята беше ужасно малка, мивката много малка и буквално си мокриш краката, тоалетната не поемаше и беше ужасно
