The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. Bathroom is modern with a lovely shower. Beds are comfortable and it is very quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. This cottage is in a good location for visiting Norwich, the coast and some National Trust properties. There are lots of good dog walks nearby.
This is our third time staying at Church Farm cottages.
HOWEVER, a previous guest had broken the house rules and smoked in the property which was pretty obvious as soon as we opened the door. We are non smokers and found the smell very unpleasant so bought air fresheners and had the windows open when we were in the property.
I appreciate that the host doesn’t have full control of this, but had we been informed of this problem before arrival - we would have cancelled our booking!
