Room was quiete and confortable, close the the station and not to far from city center.

Location is great for seeing Tourist attractions.
It was difficult to find. Being that it is a Hotel within a much larger building.
As we are from North America ; we were not familiar with this scenario.

Location: can walk from central train station in 12 -14 minutes
Staff: the guy who checked us in came down promptly to get us in apartment .
Morning desk lady, Valentina was superb and has great attitude . Appreciate her help.
Shower and beds were good enough. Good for one night to catch flight in morning . I chose it because of location

The French door windows.
No kettle, no iron, no tea/coffee, no mini bar as stated, the shower spurts in your face, toilet runs, they don't give you fresh towels each day (every second day)- I'd you want another fresh towel they make you pay for it. The service is not super friendly. The receptionist kept calling me "lady" in a condescending tone for simple requests. She is also very loud talking on the phone in conversations which seemed to be of a personal nature. Otherwise it is good for what you pay for. Location is great! I will be paying a little extra for another hotel next time at a place whose shower is a little nicer.
