The room was so clean and everyone was absolutely wonderful especially Olivia. She gave amazing details about things to do in Rome and help me with setting up for my friends surprise. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!

Location, cleanliness, aircon, comfortable bed, friendly knowledge staff. Windows were good and let the outside noise down to a minimum.
No chair or seat other than the bed, no countertop space in bathroom, light out so it was not so good to use the mirror.But really no chair to sit in after a long day of walking, I would like a comfortable chair to sit in.

We really liked the location. It was super central and we could walk everywhere. The staff were really friendly and the room was spacious
We didn’t sleep for 2 nights. The hotel did not inform us before our stay that there is building work going on out the front ALL NIGHT. I understand this was out of the hotels control but it would have been nice to be warned before as there was heavy duty machinery drilling through the night. In addition they say that breakfast is included, but all you get is a cornetto and a coffee.
