Everything was great. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures posted by the owners, very clean and comfortable and the kitchen very equipped. The owners are very nice and welcoming. My only regret is that we only stayed one night. Thanks a lot. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic apartment, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Clean and quiet.

A bit far from everything, in our case we were travelling by bicycle so it could have been hard to go have dinner or shop for food. Just need to plan ahead.

A lovely flat in a great spot in the hills. Quiet with views.

Location great for views and 10 min drive or so into the nearest town with shops. The flat presented very well and was very clean with a nice modern feel. Beds were good and the shower worked well which in other places we have stayed have been inadequate so this was a bonus. Walks from the front door were lovely and we were given what I thought was the best flat with the best view. There is a lot of interest locally with castles and villages. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had.

WiFi was very patchy and weak (1 bar) and we initially couldn't obtain a connection until we moved around the flat to find a couple of spots (one against the front door) so we couldn't sit in bed nor the couch to use it. A 'power through' WiFi extender would be a very cheap fix. The kitchen could benefit from a cheap fry pan or skillet to cook sausages and meats etc. We had to use saucepans to fry.

Comfortable apartments!

Great apartment! Comfortable, with kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. it is possible to accommodate 6-7 people. Quality finishes. Located on a farm. Very interesting and natural. Highly recommend for a stay!

Fantastic hotel in beautiful scenery

This was a beautiful hotel in the mountains of northern Italy. We had two rooms, which was great since we were traveling with kids, as well as a kitchen and dining area and a beautiful balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and our hostess was so warm and welcoming!

Really a small complaint, but we had a hard time finding the hotel. It was on a tiny, one-car road tucked up among a few houses. We could have used a detailed description of where it was -- our GPS got us there, but we thought we were in the wrong place! But there was room to park our big car, and the views were just stunning, so totally worth it!

La struttura Pretzerhof è bellissima. Ha appartamenti molto comodi, spaziosi e pulitissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 e siamo stati comodissimi, anche se con un solo bagno. La sig.ra Claudia ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, e si trova ad una decina di minuti da Vipiteno, ma comunque dalle finestre si gode di un panorama mozzafiato, e quando si arriva sembra di essere catapultati in un borgo senza tempo. Una menzione particolare al giardino della casa, dove i bambini possono tranquillamente giocare con scivolo, sabbiera e altalena.

il materasso era sfondato, il terrazzo era piccolissimo e in comune con gli ospiti accanto (non segnalato). Attenzione alla mancanza del bidet. In generale c'era odore di umido in tutta la casa e, sinceramente, la biancheria del bagno non sembrava pulita.

Vše čisté, apartmán byl plně vybavený, krasne prostředí, výhled z balkonu nádhera… Byli jsme zde pouze jednu noc na cestě z IT do CZ, můžeme jedine doporučit.
