Good stay

The host was amazing, he helped us with the parking, we used the washing machine. The facilities were good.

The only complain is the curch next to the house, nothing we can do, but for non locals it's terrible, it rings every 15minutes non stop during whole day and night, so we didn't sleep well. During the day or evening it doesn't bother, but at night it's bad..

Cosy, clean, interesting, tidy.

We liked the location. It was near a playground which was great for the kids. We could swim in the pool nearby and borrow bikes for free. Later on we discovered we had the Guestpass which enabled us to use the cable car in Bolzano. It was fantastic! A twelve-minute ride from Bolzano to a village above the city. The suite was really clean, tidy, cosy and the owner was super friendly. On the second floor there was the laundry room where we could use the washing and drying machine. The pool in Sterzing is wonderful for families. And Sterzing is a nice town too. But Colle Isarco is a nice place to stay at too. So we would love to come another time!

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and take in the beauty of nature.

The train station was a brief 5 minute walk, but with a large checked baggage and carryon bag up an asphalt hill was a challenge. Going back to the train station was easier. It helped having train station close by without a car and no Uber or taxi’s available. Less than 10 minutes by train, Vipiteno had Lidl Market, coffee shops with bakeries, gelato shops, and restaurants. The laundry room on the 3rd floor was wonderful. The host, Dieter, was very helpful in explaining how to use the machines (Miele). The apartment had many different coffee making methods. Loved the KitchenAid toaster. Perfect toast every time. No oven, but there is a dishwasher. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was plenty for 4 people. one bedroom had 2 twin beds, wardrobe, small desk with ottoman seat, and an “attached” bathroom with shower. The other bedroom had 2 large beds wardrobes, a queen size bed, and 2 twin beds. There was a second bathroom with shower across from the kitchen which had a small table, 2 chairs and a small bench seat. There was another larger table with bench seating and chairs. There was a sofa (which I think makes into a bed?) and a chair for watching the flat screen television- we watched Netflix at night. We were also about 550 meters (1/3 mile) from the only consistently open restaurant- Ristorante Pizzeria Europa. Great pizza, good food, friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere.

I wish there had been a “map” in the apartment with notes about businesses and their hours. Google doesn’t know everything. There was a market that was “open,” but it wasn’t. There was a “bakery,” which was more like a VERY small market with VERY limited “baked” goods. We were there in mid May. The “village/town” was very quiet which was lovely except when you’re looking for food or something to do within walking distance. It would have been nice to have a “guide” to take us on a half day, nearby hike.

Perfect value for money

Nicely equipped kitchen with quality appliances. 3 sizes of Moka Express. Parking without problems and great free wellness in Vipiteno. Check-in and check-out absolutely fast.

Nice location just off the Brenner Pass. Ample parking, dog friendly and a nicely sized apartment with a balcony, close to a couple of restaurants and small convenience stores.

L'appartamento è confortevole e pulitissimo, con parcheggi molto vicini. È molto silenzioso e ben riscaldato. Personale gentilissimo. E piscine comprese. È la seconda volta che siamo stati e spero torneremo ancora.

Delizioso appartamentino in stile, in palazzina dedicata. Il proprietario è uno degli inquilini, quindi è facile contattarlo in caso di bisogno. Non abbiamo potuto approfittare delle convenzioni, ma servizio comunque gradito.
