Non era prevista la colazione perché l'appartamento era dotato di cucina e quindi si poteva provvedere a piacere. Per quanto riguarda la posizione dell'appartamento debbo dire che dal posto in cui è situato si possono raggiungere molte località sia in Alto Adige che in Austria.
