Gym , shower and beds.

Lack of foods for breakfast. I also heard others guest also complaint about this.

Upgraded to a suite, which was great for the extra room. No air conditioner, fans only ! Got a bit warm thoughout the night. Fan on low hummed.

Breakfast, which was included, was the worst experience of our stay there, lots of items had run out with over an hour to go before the time allowed finished. Most staff & food favoured the local population. The staff could not understand or weren’t interested in us or following up on our requests. The indoor pool was yellow & slimy looking, we refused to use it. No pool towels available

Location near many eateries and convenient stores. Easy to reach by public transport. Free parking but very limited.

Parking lot were small and limited. Small pool and gym.

Nothing much tho location is not heart of Georgetown .

The elevator only 2 and can only squeeze 2 pax with luggage + 1 child or 2 adults with wheelchair very tight . The room we booked is a 3 person room and bathroom are not walk in but need to step up steep step not convenient if you have elderly or very young children. Bathroom dimly litted and kind small. So wheel chair can't go in for helping those need to shower . Aircon really strong on one side of the room and basic . Don't expect much if u are choosing and floor carpeted are the thin types and looks aged
