The Location is very close to the airport and easy to reach. The property is clean as per Novotel standards
The hotel is very poor in answering calls - whether from inside the hotel or from outside. if you call for any information or even room service be prepared to wait for at least 20 min before any calls are answered
The travel desk is very unfriendly and the charges are exorbitant. This Hotel which is just a few kilometres form the airport and claims to be an airport hotel with shuttle service should be offering complimentary airport drop and pickup for guests. The Hotel did not have either airport pickup not rental cars for the day.
