    Hi, I like to say a big, big thanks to Prakash Chief Chef and Satchi who is the Chief manager of the restaurant for their superb attention service attitude kindness cheerfulness hospitality warmth and always every single day going out of their way to just show their sincere honest service. But also every single staff who always had such energy and they too always made sure we were having a good time in their place of work. Guys I thank every single staff who treated us beyond VIPs. To be able to see each and everyone have and demonstrate the energy and such positive attitude and attention is just fabulous.

    Excellent property and ambience is well maintained. Restaurant staff is well mannered. Bad experience with vallet services. Check-in counter staff have some scope to improve guest experience. Room services could not place essentials for all booked occupants (had to ask for it). Overall good stay.

    I had book an apartment & requested to decorate it but they gave a room claming I have upgraded which I realised after checking In to my room . Staff & response was extremely bad . Don't suggest anyone to go there.

    Hyatt Regency Apartments Pune is an excellent choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with spacious, well-maintained residences and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive, consistently going out of their way to ensure guests feel looked after and at home.
