La ubicación es lo mejor. El resto de la habitación es correcta.
No había ningún tipo de servicio para checkin, tuvimos que ir al hotel de al lado para check out. No recogieron la basura de la habitación (ni había papelera) y tampoco había suficiente papel higiénico para dos noches. Y como no había nadie del hotel de servicio, tampoco pudimos pedirlo. Hubo bastante ruido por las mañanas en las escaleras y en la calle durante nuestra visita, y como las cortinas no cerraban hasta la esquina (una parte de la ventana estaba bloqueada) nos despertaba la luz y el ruido muy pronto. No es una gran inconveniencia pero no es ideal.

Lokalita předčila naše očekávání. Malebné prostředí historické části města, klid, pohoda, kouzelné uličky s malými obchůdky, příjemní lidé. Také snídaně formou rautu byla zcela vyhovující. Mám chuť si návštěvu u vás zopakovat s manželem.
Nic mě nenapadá.

Hotel s krásným výhledem na Vlašský dvůr a kostel sv. Jakuba. Vybavení pokoje dostačující. Snídaně v blízkém hotelu dobré. Hotel má vstup na kód, klíče od pokoje vyzvednuty ve vstupní hale hotelu - také kódem. Recepce je v hotelu U Vlašského dvora - vzdálený je 30 metrů
Strmé točité schody v hotelu - pro hůře pohyblivé hosty by to byl asi problém.

We like the location. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is also clean. Breakfast was sufficient but nothing incredible. Wish they had scrambled eggs.
The mattress is extremely firm and not comfortable. It's almost like sleeping on the floor except in mattress form. You can hear everything through the walls and doors. So if people get drunk which there are because this is the Czech Republic you will hear everything. By 8am some fruits will be gone.
