Clean but not comfy. Great location.

Villa Regina is located just outside the gates of the old city, and near a nice park/promenade. I was able to walk to my conference inside the city gates. The suite was very clean and secure.

This is not a B&B or hotel. There are no services (eg laundry, room service) no food onsite. I don't think the owners are on site either. I never saw them after I got the keys. I tried to contact them about check out but no one returned my messages. I received no check out instructions. The suite was very clean, but not comfortable. The pillows were like planks, there is no air conditioning, the furniture "authentic". I stayed for three days and never sat on the couch. Good water pressure, and again, really clean which was great.

Lovely old villa just outside Amelia

We are on a bike-tour through Umbria, staying 2 to 4 nights in one place, riding day-trips, then moving on to the next stop. Villa Regina gave us a perfect place to stay, the appartment is clean and spacey. Kitchen is enough to prepare meals.

Only very small and huge pans in the kitchen.

Nice Family stopover in Amelia!

I was driving through, upon return from a Family trip, so needed a quick stay. The place is just off the highway, and very slightly hidden. Everything was great. The location is good for both a quick stopover and for a longer stay to capture the interest points of the Region. The place is very well kept and very nice. Very short walk from the pretty town of Amelia. The Family run business has a very pleasant and helpful Staff.

Double beds were not comfortable for me and my husband. I would stay there again though as that is the only minus.
