Spacious accommodation in a charming setting right in the centre of Narni

The location in the centre of Narni was perfect and the price reasonable. A very comfortable double bed and the accommodation always felt warm, however cold it was outside. The bathroom was really nice and everywhere was spotless. There was a good coffee machine, which I didn't use, and teabags.

It would have been nice to have cups for the tea. Also the stairs outside the bathroom felt a bit precarious during the night - I put a suitcase across them.

Great location high up in Narni

Great location. Useable kitchen. Nice bathroom. Clever conversion with mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. Good to have bathroom on same level as bedroom. Best not to have too much luggage. Great check in instructions, using town lifts instead of riding up the streets. The ride up from Narni Scalo was enough climbing for one day.

I thought there was to be a sofa but maybe I was looking at a different room.

I liked this place

Amazing apartment, in the old historical building. Very nice stuff, let us check in little bit before it’s usual time. In the center of the city, 10 min by bus from Narni-Amelia station! Apartments is Comfortable, clean, has all the facilities you need. Near apartment there is a tabacchi, bars and restaurants!

Unfortunate tiny apartment with haphazard management

The only thing I liked about this place was the location.

I was locked out of my room twice in one day. We traveled to Narni as a family with teens who like to explore, therefore it was more convenient to leave the keys in the secure box. The first time, the cleaning lady had mistaken the day of our departure and collected the keys early. The second time, 6 hours later, I returned and a different apartment key was in the box where our key should have been. Phone was dead and I had to wander around in the rain looking for an phone charger in order to get in touch with the property contact. So, aside from that inconvenience, the citofono to allow people to enter into the palazzo did not work so you had to walk all the way downstairs to just allow others in. The stairs in the courtyard were very deep and slippery (and wet). Another issue was that there was no wifi. These days there is no excuse for no wifi. I later learned that this was never advertised, but still. Another matter was that the plugs in the room did not seem to work - the current would come and go when trying to charge my phone. Room was ridiculously small for a family of 4. The good bed for the adults was in loft area where you could not stand up. Meanwhile the downstairs area was small and had a pullout bed that was super uncomfortable. This place needs some help and also some more humanity to it. Friends of mine stayed in a property where there was a present and caring owner and I was envious of it. This is an operation very much focused on maximizing profit. Period.

great place to stay to explore Narni but watch out for the drummers!

very central, though therefore rather noisy late at night owing to local festivities, but otherwise ideal.

very clean, comfortable accommodation and decently appointed though a little on the cold side (in November). Good breakfast at the bar below and friendly staff. Having one’s cappuccino and cornetto on the street in brilliant sunshine was a keen pleasure.

A weekend away in Narni

We really enjoyed our stay -from the location right in the historic centre of Narni to the nice,clean apartment with comfy beds.Restaurant below the flat serves really good food and staff really nice and helpful. Would definitely go back there.

Nice location in the city center. A big apartment with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. Good value

The guesthouse wasn't easy to find. The staff don't speak English (which is completely fair but still worth mentioning). The guesthouse is located on top of a bar, whixh you could here (it wasn't that bad though).

Excellent location, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Discount coupons offered for the cascate delle marmore. Very close to Narni sotterranea (NB needs to be booked in advance but well worth it!) Unfortunately we missed the medieval festival but we'll have to come back another time to see that.

Residence ottima posizione e pulizia

Ottima la disponibilità della responsabile Natascia, veramente molto gentile. Posizione centralissima, a due passi da Via Garibaldi e piazza dei Priori. Struttura antica, stanze con affaccio su via Garibaldi. Molto soddisfatta della scelta!

La presenza di molte scale è stata per me un po' complicata, ma basta fare attenzione. La doccia della stanza in cui ho alloggiato era un po' piccola per me che sono però molto alta.

Posizione centralissima

Posizione super centrale, comodissima. La signora al check-in molto disponibile e cordiale.

La struttura ha bisogno di maggior cura. Il bagno vecchiotto, il lavandino perdeva acqua, al rubinetto mancava il frangigetto, piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Siamo stati comunque bene.

Esperienza più che positiva

Location bellissima. Receptionist ed accoglienza ottima. Istruzioni precise inviatemi prima dell' arrivo dalla receptionist. Essendo la prima volta a Narni ero preoccupato del parcheggio invece, con i due ascensori, si arriva in pochissimo tempo e vi sono sia il parcheggio gratuito che quello a pagamento. Esperienza che rifaremo sicuramente.

La soluzione ideale per chi vuole conoscere, visitare, vivere Narni e le sue tante bellezze.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva e che consiglio vivamente, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo elevatissimo. Pagato come in un B&B per un appartamentino del tutto attrezzato, multilivello, praticamente nel centro del centro, in una posizione strategica e assolutamente gradevole, a ridosso tra il vicolo più bello del centro storico e il Corso, a due passi da tutte le attrazioni, a due passi dal parcheggio (facilmente raggiungibile con gli ascensori), con i principali locali e ristoranti a portata di mano, assolutamente insonorizzato, ricavato in un palazzo d'epoca con ancora visibili i decori. Stanze pulitissime e dotate di accessori, personale assolutamente cordiale e affabile, soggiorno sereno e funzionale, sia per scopi lavorativi sia per scopi turistici. Raccomandato al 100% (tranne alle persone con difficoltà motorie, considerato che ci sono dislivelli da superare e/o scale da salire e scendere).

La posizione è perfetta,l' appartamento è spazioso e accogliente e la signora Natascia veramente gentile e disponibile

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un problema con i caloriferi, risolto con 2 coperte in più e il materasso del divano letto non proprio comodo. La bellezza della stanza,la posizione e la vista del panorama hanno fatto dimenticare questi inconvenienti

Purtroppo la balaustra di vetro può creare qualche squilibrio a chi soffre di vertigine, il mio caso! La mattina c'è stata l'acqua calda solo x 3 minuti poi invano ho aspettato che tornasse.... quindi doccia fredda e bagno leggermente allagato perché non si chiude bene

Per rivivere i borghi medievali

La struttura è in una posizione invidiabile, in centro storico e comunque vicina al parcheggio di piazza del Suffragio e a locali e attrazioni della città. La scalinata di accesso è tra le più fotografate. La signora che accoglie è gentile e fornisce tanti consigli. L'appartamento è in un sottotetto, ma la cucina è ampia e ben fornita, con stoviglie e caffettiera.

Il bagno è piccolo e il soffitto spiovente non è agevole per le persone alte.

Bagno con tetto spiovente basso nel punto più alto, mancanza di abajour sui comodini (quindi o buio o illuminazione forte), fornitura cucina super essenziale , se l'appartamento è per due ci sono 2 piatti,2 posate,2 bicchieri... e cosi via.

Ottima soluzione in pieno centro

Struttura molto accogliente, calda e pulita in pieno centro, facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti dal parcheggio pubblico cittadino (sia scoperto gratis che coperto a pagamento) tramite gli ascensori. Trattasi di un palazzo storico in cui sono stati ricavati mini appartamenti indipendenti con cucinotto con piccolo angolo cottura, lavandino, frigorifero e macchinetta del caffè con capsule, in ambiente soggiorno con divano e tv e con una camera da letto (la nostra era su soppalco). Staff molto disponibile all'accoglienza, anche tramite whatsapp. Prezzo ottimo per la struttura.

Occorre sapere che ci sono parecchi scalini da salire, compresi quelli negli appartamenti con letto su soppalco (cosa che per noi, tuttavia, non è stato un problema). Il nostro soppalco aveva il soffitto un po' troppo basso, con rischio di sbattere la testa.
