Parking spot allocated with my name on it (really nice touch). Spacious, airy, clean room. Excellent bathroom with plenty of quality towels. Conveniently located for access to the town and harbour. Co-operative store right next door with ATM. A great place to stay
Co-op delivery lorries can block the view when trying to exit the parking, but there's nothing that the hosts can do about that.

Allocated parking was much appreciated. Room was well equipped and the fridge was a welcome bonus. Unlike many places I've stayed there was plenty of tea/coffee and milk. The last place I stayed provided 1 tea bag - how petty can you get.
The 'sensor' lights on the stairs were a bit of a nuisance. They would light up then go out before you had passed.
