The setting of this apartment is in a beautiful quiet authentic fishing village right on the waters edge. Waking up to these views every morning was the highlight. A quiet idyllic location. The apartment is modern, clean, bright and well thought out with everything we needed, modern design inside, very comfortable beds, great shower and air con. We stayed in apartment 4. Kaštel Sućurac itself is small with a 2 bars, little supermarket and coffee/pastry shop. The coffee shop was perfect for breakfast (Bobis) - €2.50 for coffee and croissant! We ate at Nautilus restaurant at the end of the harbour twice and the food was great, again, stunning views. There is also a nice little takeaway round the corner called Luda Tica. (Not much other choice for dinner unless you drive or bus) Perfect place to stay out of the tourist area but an easy ride on the 37 bus to both Split and Trogir (Approx 30mins). We also got the train to Split which was just €1.40! Would definitely stay again, it was a beautiful non touristy place to experience within easy reach to all the popular tourist spots.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which made our stay enjoyable during the hot weather.

1. The location was disappointing. There are very few places to eat within walking distance, so having a car is almost essential. 2. For an apartment costing around €180 per night, I expected at least complimentary bottled water and complimentary coffee pods throughout the stay. Instead, there was no water provided, and additional coffee pods were charged separately. The pods are also impossible to buy locally (tried a few shops). 3. Finally, this apartment should not be advertised as having a sea view. The view is largely obstructed by parked cars, making it quite different from what the listing photos suggest. The apartments located on the first and second floors might be a different story. The ground floor apartment is NOT the sea view apartment!
