Het huis is heel comfortabel en compleet. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Fantastische plek om overdekt/buiten te koken op houtvuur en een heerlijk zwembad met 6 ligbedden. Grote eettafel buiten en nog een lounge hoek. Ligging is fantastisch. Uitzicht op de baai van Split en op loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum van Kastel Sućurac. Bakker, slager, verse vis op loopafstand. Het grote plein met meer supermarkten ligt op ca. 1 km.
