Oasis luxury apartment with terrarce and jacuzzi

The property was exactly like the photos, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful and available by whatsapp for any questions or issues. The jacuzzi and terrace were fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach or town centre with everything we needed.

Good location just 10 minutes walk from Bacvice beach, or the old town. Great little bakery, butchers, shop and fruit stall behind the property. A small takeaway food stall with great value grilled meats and simple tasty low cost dishes. Property generally clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were very helpful when we needed them and met us on arrival, having also left us some snacks and drinks, which was very kind.

Overall I thought it was not good value for money. The apartment was nice but small. It really only comfortably sleeps 4 people as 2 have to sleep on a hard sofa style bed in the lounge, which means this is always up in the middle of the small living space, which also includes the small kitchen and table. The outside space was good but overlooked by all the other apartments, so not private. My biggest disappointment was the advertised hot tub which was not maintained to a safe standard and our children all developed a skin infection. The water needs to be checked every day which it wasn't (just once a week as standard). This is not safe enough and the hot tub got an E90 error so it wasn't filtering properly. The hosts were attentive in responding to messages but we had to try and sort it ourselves initially and abandoned use after 3 days as we were worried about the hygiene. I don't normally complain about anything but this is an important message and aspect to improve on, as our children were in a lot of discomfort and it took about 7 days for the issue to clear, during which time it also caused ear and eye infections. Overall we felt it was very expensive for such a small space which didn't maintain a key selling point advertised to a safe standard.
