Abit further from activities and beach but not too far to walk (10 mins tops). We had a lovely time but definitely recommend scooters in this area,we flagged down tuktuks to get around

Everything was just perfect..The owner is so sweet and friendly.She helped us for booking the excurtions,rental scooters also told us some interesting places where to visit in Koh Lanta..Rooms are very spacious and clean.Location was just perfect to reach everything

The principle operator, Ying, could not be more helpful, pleasant, accommodating and hardworking. She is the shining star in this hotel. The property is a short walk to the beach, has scooters readily available, and some good restaurants in walking distance. A good, relatively low cost option for Koh Lanta.
The features are very basic. Bedding and linens are clean but well used and not plush. We had some issues with bugs and lizards in the room although the staff made effort to address this. if your expectations are in line with this, you should not have a problem.
