We booked 4 nights then went to Koh phi phi and came back another 2 nights because we enjoyed it so much. The rooms were amazing (had front and back porch), the staff were amazing and for a great price too.

Only complaint is on the final night and morning there was no water from the tap and shower, but apart from this it was amazing.

The lady on reception is very welcoming with friendly Thai smiles on arrival. Fast WiFi , ice cold AC. Everything in the rooms and on site feels and looks well kept. I recommend this hotel.

So from the moment of arrival until our departure we felt so taken care of. We loved this little place ❤️ Really cannot rate them enough !! Super clean and well kept with lots of little beautiful finishing touches (care of women visible). Cute little restaurant onsite for breakfast/ lunch if you don’t want to venture too far. Well priced, extensive menu and home cooked. Beautiful clean quiet pool !! just so good for a dip during the day or after a day in the ocean. Room is super clean, has comfy bed, hot water shower if needed and the comforts of a fridge, kettle, toaster and some bowls and cups. Wifi is good and stable - I worked from my room most nights and all good !! Customer service exceptional. They have everything available from bike rental, activities/ tours, tickets and timing info re all ferries and buses etc. Just fantastic and takes the strain out. Wonderful restaurants near by. Short 8min walk to relax bay. Short drive to other exceptional beaches in both directions. Long beach is nice !! Middle of the island so easy to travel south or north. Super great value for money 💴 We loved it and can only recommend it with full 5 stars🌟 Bonus friendly floof in site if you need purrs and love ❤️ 🐈‍⬛ ❤️

Mozzies - but it’s just how it is in Asia in the hot season. Just keep doors closed during the peak time as they recommend.

Terrific place! Our second time we stay here for a longer duration! Very good location on the island, not too far from Sala Dan, plenty of good restaurants close and walking distance to the excellent ”Relax beach”. Also nice being around the middle of the Island to not have too far to the most calm and beautiful beaches on the southern part of the island. Good restaurant with Very affordable prices! Big thank you to the staff who are very warm and welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our stay, an extra thank you to Fatimah!

The staff were amazing, they were so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and the area was very well maintained. Location wise - would be ideal for you to hire a bike to get around but not a necessity as we got around on tuktuks very easily (staff are very helpful with this). Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was big, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel’s green surroundings were beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Beautiful beach. There’s a great Thai restaurant nearby and a cozy café for breakfast. The hotel also offers bike rentals, ticket booking, and excursions.

Excellent value and close to several beaches. Nice pool and access to rental transport.

Comfortable stay in good location :) staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was super clean. Fresh coffee and water were provided everyday. The bed was comfy and shower had a good water pressure (much appreciated after staying in Asia for a while). AC was clean and worked well. The location is good, beach to spend the evenings nearby, long beach a short drive with the scooter! For the people complaining about small gaps and animals: you’re in Thailand, so adjust yourself and your expectations. We didn’t have any animals in our room, but if so it wouldn’t have anything to do with cleaning.

It’s a bit dark inside, so you always have to turn on the light. The mattress is on a elevation, so for one side hard to get out of the bed. For older people a bit challenge.

Lovely bungalows set in beautiful gardens with a good pool. Staff were amazing particularly Fatimeh whose English was excellent and she was so helpful and happy!

I stayed for 4 nights on my own in koh lanta. The room was very modern and clean great facilities. Very relaxed family friendly atmosphere. Location is on a main road but walking distance to food and shops. Staff so friendly and helpful, helped me with riding a scooter for the first time so I could get around the island for a few days.

It was comfortable, clean, private and literally a throw stone away from the swimming pool and bar/resturant area. We hired scooters from the hotel which made it easy to get around.

Swimming pool was nice and staff were friendly.

When we first arrived the room smelt lovely and clean. As a few hours passed the bugs began to pile up. It was disgusting. So many ants gathered in the room, along with spiders and geckos. We complained and asked to be moved to another room. The lady explained she would just clean them out - which she did. However a few hours later they appeared again.

Had a great stay here! The rooms are very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. You got a bottle of water everyday, and rooms were cleaned if you asked. The pool area is good to relax in, water is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful! Nothing to complain about, would highly recommend staying here! Hope to be back one day :)

Absolutely everything! All of the staff were so welcoming and extremely nice. It's very central and the pool and restaurant is fantastic. The beds are comfy and they clean the rooms daily. They also have bike rentals at the resort. I would definitely stay here again!

it was close to beach. some staff were nice.

the pool was unclean. waxy coating after swimming. kids got gastro issues n I think it might have been the pool water. had to ask for clean my room sign. had to ask for more cups , plates , bed sheets , blankets towels ect. they didn’t provide enough of anything for our family. 2 of everything for a family of 6 hmmm. booked 6 plus months in advance so we would t have these issues.

Great location, within walking distance of two beautiful beaches. It is a beautiful property with tons of trees, birds, gardens and chickens making it a great place to relax on hammocks and walk around. The staff was very sweet and the restaurant on site was very good.

One of the beds in our family suit was very hard and in the other room the AC didn't work. The water also shut off at one point for a bit.

would be more environmentally friendly if they swapped the single use shampoos and soaps to refillable ones 😁

The staff was really friendly. The bungalow had 2 patios. The Airco was silent but very efficient. The beds and pillows were soft. The pool was bigger than it looks on picture. The whole place was a very well maintained oasis. And above all, the cat was so adorable 🥰

The room was a decent size and mostly clean. Good location, only 5 mins to the beach. staff are very nice. Didn’t use the pool but looked very clean.

Fridge had a bad smell, wifi hardly worked and the door had a bit of a gap at the bottom so we were woken up every hour from birds / animals and ants etc managed to get in.

The Pros of the Resort: The Staff - especially Amaal who who was very helpful and worked with us in extending our stay to another 2 months. The cleaning and restaurant staff were wonderful too. The Amenities: The resort has everything that you need - a nice pool, well kept ground you can walk around, nice garden where they grow herbs and fruit. Lovely to see the mangoes, the bitter goard, courgettes, passion fruit and various thai herbs growing. Some rooms have hammocks or swings, an outside seating area where you can relax. The resort also has its own small onsite restaurant with a small menu with limited vegan/vegetarian options. The resort also has an onsite travel agent/tourist office offering scooter rentals, excursions, to other islands/tourist destinations, shuttle service/tax and tuk tuk. It also has a small library of books that other guests have left. Our room had a kitchenette with a kettle, a toaster, microwave, good size fridge and a sink. Tea/Coffee and 2 bottles of water were provided each day. Our room was a spacious for 2 people - clean, open and airy. A nice comfy bed, flat screen TV, a safe, a good fan, powerful air con were also provided in the room. The bathroom had shampoos and soap replenished daily. Location: In the middle of the West Koh Lanta on the mountain side. 5-10 min walk to the Beautiful Beach, Relax Bay and some restaurants and cafes, although Long Beach is a good 20 min walk north and Klong Nin a good 20 min scooter ride away. Koh Lanta Old Town and Sala Dan are also approx 20-30 min scooter ride away. Klong Kong beach is nearby/walkable but I did not rate it. CONS: Cleaning could be better: the microwave was not cleaned inside after the last guest. The outside steps leading to the room and the terrace were not swept when we rebooked for a longer stay, which meant the dirt/sand etc came into the room even though you took your shoes off.

The price. Its a little more than other places nearby.
