Super schönes Gebäude sehr gepflegt und tolle Anlage innen, auch das Appartement war toll gemacht aber eben diese kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten.
Ich habe nicht verstanden warum man im Innenhof nicht parken durfte. Der öffentliche Parkplatz war nicht sicher, dort wurden schon Autos aufgebrochen. Dann Kleinigkeiten, die Betätigung der Toiletten Spülung war defekt und diverse Lampen funktionierten nicht. Das war schade.

Migliorerei la comunicazione con gli ospiti. Abbiamo chiesto un check in anticipato che ci è stato possibile effettuare ma in conseguenza di ciò non siamo state accolte da chi poteva darci tutte le informazioni per il soggiorno, cosa che ci ha creato disagi. E, mi chiedo anche come mai, dopo aver selezionato l'opzione camera matrimoniale con divano letto, abbiamo dovuto pagare un supplemento di 15 euro per il letto aggiuntivo.

Staff gentile, biscottini e caffè di benvenut shampoo e bagnoschiuma presenti
cuscini piatti e duri. aprendo le tende è uscita una farfalla e un ragion, aprendo poi la finestra sono volate ragnatele. sporchissima la ventola e il contenitore della carta igienica di riserva. campanile direttamente sopra l appartamento che suona in continuazione dalle otto di mattina in poi.
