Stunning location with homemade local cuisine for breakfast!

The views from the property were amazing, and the breakfast (homemade local foods!!) was absolutely phenomenal!! There were two wasps that came into our room during check in because we left the light on and the door open but the owner took care of them immediately and made sure we were all set for the night :) despite the language barrier he also recommended some sightseeing for the following day which was awesome because we never would have known about and checked out Civita di bagnoregio if not for him!!

The beds were comfortable but a bit squeaky, and we all unfortunately got one or two bug bites during our stay

If you’re looking for a great night on an Italian farm, this is the place. Sitting atop a hill with views of The Dying City. Wonderful change of pace from the sites of Florence and Rome.

An idyllic spot I would love to stay at again.

The setting was spectacular, sitting on ~200 acres overlooking Orvieto and the surrounding hills and valleys. The farm animals were great for the kids, and the property offered peaceful walks to through fields and woods. The proprietors were extremely warm and helpful and offered several recommendations for restaurants in Orvieto, which is very convenient to get to. They also baked us little breakfast cakes, which were delicious.

Breakfast was pretty sparse aside from the cakes mentioned above - pre-packaged toast and jam, shelf-stable milk, and instant-like coffee. It would have been nice to have had some protein options, like eggs from the chickens and meat and cheese.

The hosts were very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the view of Orvieto was amazing. Would certainly be a great place for families with children as there are many farmyard pets and animals.

Close to Orvieto (with a spectacular view on it) and still emerged in nature. Enjoyed rural life. If you speak some Italian the host are very open to sharing they experiences and their knowledge of farming. The farm is huge and I was encouraged to explore.

Very good for kids. This Agriturismo is managed by the owners and we had a warm and welcome reception. The dogs and cats are very friendly and there are several animals on the farm, such as pigs, donkeys and ostrich. My daughter love it. There is an excellent view of Orvietto.

A very nice beautiful friendly quiet place to vacation, especially if you love animals and farms.

The owners are a lovely elderly couple who are very friendly and warm. The farm is beautiful and have many kinds of animals, although due to the heat we didn't get to visit all of them. Spring time would probably be the most beautiful when the grass is green. We visited in July when the grass is yellow. The room for 3 is spacious. The windows have mosquito screens on, although not covering entirely. We slept with the windows open to get cooler air (making sure the lights are off), and didn't have mosquitos.

It would have been very appreciated if there were a fan in the room. Day time in the summer is very hot. Also, the road to the farm is not straightforward, and it would have been extremely helpful had there been a sign for the farm placed at the road branch leading to the farm. The first time we went there we missed the branching point. The farm is 20 minutes outside of Orvieto. To go visit any of the nearby sites, one has to drive quite a bit extra.

Struttura molto accogliente in un posto incantevole, da cui si gode di una meravigliosa vista di Orvieto. Ernesta e Sante sono due ospiti gentilissimi, siamo stati tra amici sin dal primo giorno.

Panorama, presenza di animali (anche se molti di meno rispetto alle foto riportate sul sito), pulizia del bagno, la gentilezza e simpatia della proprietaria.

Struttura datata, andrebbe ristrutturata (il nostro balconcino era sorretto da dei puntelli telescopici). Colazione scarsa (due opzioni di cibo lasciati la sera prima). In camera presenza di ragnatele, ragni e muffa sui muri. Prezzo a notte (90 euro) esagerato per i servizi offerti.

Lenzuola matrimonile e quelle dei due minori non erano quelle tipiche di una struttura alberghiera, ma erano uguali a quelle che si usano in casa. Per cui non sarebbe certo la loro sterilizzazione da parte di lavanderie industriali. La colazione era compresa nel prezzo, ma la proprietaria ci porta il.giorno prima dei plumcake di dubbia provenienza senza chiedere allergie di chi avrebbe consumato. La struttura si trova in cima in strada non illuminata e sterrata di cui i proprietari hanno messa in vendita da qui si capisce il.grado di attenzione...testuali parole: ce ne vogliamo liberare, non ne possiamo più. Il prezzo economico, ma non vale. Girano cani senza guinzaglio, maiali e gatti. Per salire le scale vi è puzza di muffa.
