pleasant stay, very silent peaceful location, nice and clean room

Located far away from the city it good value and worth the trip

Located far from town but there was a n opportunity to have dinner at night and breakfast was included.

Nice and huge room, all was very clean. We took an extra tree course dinner (salsiccia, bread,lamb ..). very tasty! breakfast cappuccino with cackle was ok.

An excellent stay in a very friendly and beautiful location with superb food

There is a very friendly atmosphere in this family-run farmhouse and the food is wonderful and excellent value. The area is secluded yet Orvieto centre, with its numerous places of interest and services, is easily accessible.

We loved the view. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.

We were disappointed in the breakfast. We were served cake and coffee. For an agroturismo we expected more. Also it would be great to have a shower curtain installed.

Exceptional

Our stay at this accomodation was really pleasant. The area is quiet, situated in nature and beautiful. The room was clean, the window opened up to the garden. Staff of this accomodation was nothing less than perfect. They were attentive, friendly and made us feel really welcomed. The restauration on the property is very convenient, serving really delicious food. Everything our server reccomended us, including the wine, was delicious. We will definitely come again when in the area. Thank you!

Great location, among rolling hills, with sunsets and rural surroundings. Bit "off the beaten track feeling" yet perfectly simple and comfortable. Tried their home white wine - refreshing and tasty. Missed out on the dinner, but BBQ preparations looked promissing! (Had too much to eat on the way)

The location is beautiful

Not what the picture sold. Paid for breakfast, but when we arrived it was quiet and the kitchen still a bomb from the day before. We left without. The room is basic, the bathroom towels felt like table linen rather than towels

The location is far from Orviota, but it's a quiet, beautiful rural area; you can't reach Orviota without a car. The heating in the room is nice for the winter season, and the breakfast is good.

Tutto tranne la camera

La camera priva di doccia o meglio c’era ma un soffione al centro del bagno senza tenda e quant’altro sicuramente un bagno prettamente per disabili ma non di certo comunicatomi di questa situazione ,assenza di Bidet per me assolutamente necessario ma nel compenso e stata solo una serata quindi potevo farne a meno del bidet ma assolutamente non posso dire della doccia appena arrivato e appena sveglio…

Location situata nelle colline umbre, buon cibo e buona accoglienza. Camera grande, ottime le torte e crostate fatte in casa.

La nostra camera era molto vecchia, totalmente da ristrutturare. Era presente muffa agli angoli della camera e del bagno. Mancava un poggiavaligie, mancavano appendini per le tovaglie, doccia senza box ma con una vecchia tenda, tavolozza wc mobile, piumone sporco e liso.
