The lady Lya was the highlight of the stay. She is so kind and nice person, happy to help any time, full of useful information and recommendations. Just follow her advice and you will be happy. The location is good if you arrive with train. Parking sports are limited, road site. Amazing breakfast was available, and cappuccino was the best one.
All god for us, however consider the location, it is sea level, the opposite of train station, while Taormina city is uphill. You can easily take a bus or climb a bit (20 minutes to the top, steep way).

The family stay is quite spacious with what you need for cooking.
Not in the centre but you can take a bus every 15 mins to reach center.

Lya our host was lovely. the location is 2 mins from the train station and 5 mins or 10 mins to Tormina on the bus which stops outside the train station. The breakfast was great and Lya offered to cook eggs or make toasties and the pastries and bread was delicious. I left a bag with swim wear in my room and Lya brought them to train station to me ❤
The room is very old fashioned, the bedding and towels could do with some updating and or adding fabric conditioner. The shower is very small, not to bad for me but my husband is 6'2 and found it difficult to move around.
