Great Stay – Clean, Well-Located, and Excellent Service

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. Parking was excellent – easy and convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a lovely bonus, and appreciated the option to hire bikes directly from the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing as such, but if I had to mention anything small: the pillow was a bit too thin for our preference, the TV could have been slightly larger, and it would have been handy to have a small bin in the bedroom, not just in the bathroom. These are just minor details and didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

The lake is gorgeous and rarely cordoned off from public access.

Beautiful building. Floors everywhere of beautiful pink granite. Great breakfast room and food. And, it has a beautiful, large, infinity pool and beautifully outfitted and landscaped pool area. Excellent parking and easy access from the bus to and Ftom Verona train station. Easy walking distance to the heart, and touristy area of Old Town, a Roman walled city and ancient vacation place.

Not as near the many bars and restaurants one finds in the heart of the lake town area.

Asked if we could have air con on as it was boiling hot in room. were told not allowed in May and they only have air con on in June.

welcoming guests is the main thing in “ hotellerie” these hosts never smiled , never stood up from their chairs and never answered to our polite requests. when you have a Ferrari and you drove like a 500 better to give hip with their jobs :((((

Friendly welcome and good facilities a little way up a hill from Lazise Lakeside

Good varied breakfast Very helpful staff -good service at breakfast and at the bar, sorted a taxi for us. Good swimming pool and nice outdoor space

Location - its a little way out from the Lakeside up a bit of a hill (with Lidl nearby) but we knew that when we booked! Busy road.

out of the way, but on a busy road, easy to walk to the center. nothing fancy, but good since we were out all day.

price was good for what we got. the description makes it seem much closer to the town center.

they were supposed to have a bar, but the ice maker was broken and they didn’t have Coke Zero or other mixers. fortunately there was a bar on the way back up the hill from the center where we stopped.

We were hoping for something a little closer to the town centre. But not a big problem.

Good for a short visit

Quiet and comfy room. The pool provided some much needed break from the heat during the day. We were upgraded to another room so it was a pleasant surprise.

The room was cleaned with detergent that made it hard to breath inside, both me and my spouse felt the same symptoms. Luckily with a little ventilation the issue was solved but I kindly advice to keep this in mind before handing recently cleaned rooms in the future.

Superb

Excellent value for money. It is a 15 min walk from the centre but there are quiet roads around for cycling. We chose the economy room and it was good. Very comfortable bed, good internet and good sized bathroom. We parked our car nearby and then went cycling for a couple of days from there to Verona and down to the Po River

Ich würde diese Unterkunft trotzt des fairen Preises nicht mehr wählen.

Wir haben zur Alleinbenüzung ein Doppelzimmer erhalten. Den Lift haben wir sehr geschätzt. Leider ist im Internet ein Flto des Hotels abgebildet das die direkt vor dem Hotel durchgehende stark befahrene Strasse kaschiert. Ehrliche Fotos wären schön.

Die unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die mehrfach benützten Frühstück-Papiersets. Grauslig. Beim Frühstück wurde man überwacht. Abends wurde bis 23.00 gehämmert und ab 6.30 gings mit Caracho in der Küche wieder los. Ergo : wenig Schlaf

Einfaches, sauberes italienisches Hotel mit Pool und Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Die Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist wegen der Lärmbelästigung nicht so toll.

Fijne locatie op loopafstand van het centrum

Fijne kamer die ruim opgezet was. Badkamer was ook erg ruim, echter was ons douchehokje wel krap maar te doen. Lekker met een balkonnetje en op loopafstand van de Lidl en het centrum. Erg aardig personeel en ook tot 2300 de mogelijkheid om een drankje te doen bij de bar. Het zwembad was prima, niet bijzonder maar fijn om een verfrissende duik te nemen!

Iets meer stopcontacten had prettig geweest. Mijn oplader van de telefoon paste niet in het stopcontact aan het bed, iets te dik waardoor we de stekker van de koelkast eruit moesten halen om mn telefoon op te laden. Lag misschien ook een beetje aan mijn oplader, want die van mn vriend paste wel in het stopcontact bij het bed.
