Accommodating staff, good room, and very nice access to the pool. Good location if you want to be near Patong, with restaurants nearby and a 7-11 opposite.
Pool maintenance could be improved. Room service was shutting very early, breakfast had limited options, and the pool was not always open. The pool bar staff were also not always available. I’m not sure if this was due to maintenance or because there were fewer guests, but it felt unfair to guests staying there and paying for these services.

Good location, very nice staff.
Needs updating, maybe be repainted, and lighting in rooms needs to be better specially in bathroom. Bed was really hard. Breakfast was a bit of a let down unfortunately.
