Constantly had to ask for toilet paper and coffee and towels
Shower rose and water pressure was hopeless
Staff were pleasant

Great location, clean and comfortable room, wonderful breakfast buffet, big resort property with beautiful pools and landscaping, peaceful quiet atmosphere yet just a half block walk to Patong Beach, shopping, and restaurants. excellent customer service. No complaints. Will come again and recommend to others!
