    ​Title: Terrible experience and extremely inflexible staff! ​"I had a horrible experience checking in at this hotel. The name on my Agoda account didn't perfectly match my passport name, and the hotel completely refused to let me check in. They showed zero flexibility and made no effort to help solve the issue, despite me showing all proof of payment and booking verification. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Booking here caused me nothing but stress and frustration. Absolute lack of customer service. Avoid this place!"
