We had an incredible experience. Paula made us feel at home. The apartment was always very clean and had everything we needed. The view was stunning and the apartment is just 10 minutes from a beautiful beach in Plat. I can't thank the hosts enough for their care. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect

The apartment is beautiful, with a stunning sea view and equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect for visiting Dubrovnik and exploring the surrounding area. Paula and Drago are exceptionally kind, helpful, and always available for anything you may need truly rare hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

10 Days of Perfect Relaxation | Sunsets, Sea, Turtles, and Wonderful Hosts

We spent 10 nights here, and it was a fantastic experience in every way! Every evening, we enjoyed a breathtaking view – watching the sunset from the terrace was simply magical. Our hosts, Paula and Drago, were incredibly kind and attentive. Paula made sure we had everything we needed, with regular towel and linen changes, and the apartment was always spotlessly clean. Drago was also very helpful and always ready to assist if we had any questions or issues – such care and hospitality are truly rare! There are three beaches within a 10-minute walk. Walking down is easy, but getting back up is a bit of a workout – still absolutely worth it. For groceries and restaurants, we definitely recommend having a car (or possibly using public transport – we didn’t try that), as walking between the nearby towns isn't really possible. Cavtat, Mlini, and Dubrovnik are only a 10–20 minute drive away. There’s also a large shopping mall nearby, with Kaufland, Lidl, H&M, and more. The apartment’s kitchen is perfectly equipped – we cooked 3 or 4 times during our stay. There’s a microwave, kettle, toaster – everything you’d need for a longer holiday. P.S.: There are turtles in the garden, which was a lovely surprise – especially if you're visiting with kids or fellow animal lovers! 😊 All in all, we can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-cared-for getaway near Dubrovnik!

We personally found the bed a bit too soft for our taste, but of course, this depends on individual preferences. Also, with the windows open, some traffic noise from the nearby road could be heard.

Stunning view overlooking peaceful Plat

The panoramic view overlooking Plat is gorgeous. Short walk to the beach. The welcoming atmosphere from Paula and Draco feels like meeting your long lost grandparents, full of warmth and service minded. The peaceful serenity of the property is a welcoming contrast to the high energy pulse of Dubrovnik/Split. What you see is what you get, and I mean that in the best way possible. Air conditioning works great as well.

Can’t find anything to write here, except maybe for the lack of restaurants within walking distance (you’ll find 4-5). Nothing to do with the property.

We like the apartment and the hosts a lot. We had an amazing stay! The stunning view of the calm Adriatic Sea from the terrace of the apartment (very relaxing) with the sound of the birds singing all throughout the day, excellent view of the sunrise and sunset from the lounge to the terrace,the amazing, committed, very welcoming and caring hosts (Paula and Drago), the quietness, cleanliness and comfortability of the accommodation, the property has air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows hence my husband and I had restful sleep every night, the location is near the beach and easy accessibility to the airport (10 mins drive away) . Paula is very organised, she helped us organised our day trips and she is easily reachable and responsive to any questions and requests. Drago maintains the property surrounding very well. The property is a short uber ride to Dubrovnik (£12) or by bus (£3), you can easily reach Cavtat, Srebreno (good small mall with good supermarket, cash machine and excellent beach) and Mlini beach and harbour. Excellent stay, we will definitely come back again!

Beautiful apartment near the beach on the outskirts of Dubrovnik

The house is in a fantastic location. It’s a short walk down the hill to a beach. There are a few great restaurants within a short walk. It’s a very quiet, peaceful setting. And, you have easy access into Dubrovnik. Our favorite option was to take a water taxi from Plat into the Old City, but it’s a short ride in a car (20-30 mins or so).

No complaints. Again, it was a beautiful spot.

A Memorable Stay

I recently had an incredible experience at Villa Panorama in Plat, Croatia. The hosts, Paula and Drago, were lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The villa was spotlessly clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the apartment had everything we needed. The surprise welcome beers and the birthday message with a bottle of sparkling wine were unforgettable gestures (see the picture). Paula and Drago provided helpful tips for exploring Dubrovnik and its surroundings, and the balcony offered stunning views. Highly recommend Villa Panorama for an amazing vacation!

Apartment was so clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Internet connection is perfect, you can have Zoom calls without any issues. View and balcony are absolutely amazing, you can watch beautiful sunset, sailing boats or shiny cruisers during the night. Place is really quiet, there are no parties or nightclubs nearby. Near the apartment there are few restaurants with amazing food. There is also a bus station nearby so you are able to go to Cavtat or Dubrovnik. Owners Paula and Drago were so friendly and we really enjoyed evening talks with them, actually I think we really miss them already. :)

Our 7 nights stay in this villa was just amazing! The location and the view were fantastic. The studio was nice, modern and clean. Bed and other stuf were made daily. We experienced absolutely perfect service by it's owners Paula and Drago. They even helped to arrange 6 days scooter renting for us. And if you rent a studio with no kitchen, we defenetely recommend to try having breakfast on villa at least once - beautiful and magical meal spot with breathtaking view. Villa's location is just right between Dubrovnik and Cavtat. We concider it as a good advantage. Highly recomend this place from any point of view.

The view is amazing, the people are so friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Dubrovnik but away from the crowds there. There’s a nice beach close to this place with a great restaurant on the beach. Don’t miss the octopus salad

Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location, Perfect Hosts!

The hosts Paula and Drago are the nicest most helpful people I have ever stayed with. They make you feel right at home immediately. They made our holiday special in the way the looked after us. Always available to help either via face to face or on WhatsApp. I would not hesitate in recommending them to stay with. The fact their apartment is stunning is an added bonus! The apartment itself is spotless clean and has a fantastic view of the ocean. Plat is a very calm quiet place with only a few restaurants (definitely book in advance). It is a very relaxing place, however it is a short distance from Dubrovnik, Mlini and Cavtat should you want a bit more liveliness. There is a bus stop less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment which can take you to these places. There are 3 good beaches in Plat itself, all very short walking distances from the apartment.

Super séjour à la Villa Panorama

Tout ! L'emplacement parfait à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et Dubrovnik et sans les nuisances des avions des locations à Cavtat. Location au bord de la route principale avec parking privé mais sans le bruit (excellente insonorisation). Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et lumineux avec une excellente literie et un balcon avec une vue unique sur la mer. Magnifique. Le meilleur c'est Paula et Drago, nos hôtes, formidables de gentillesse de disponibilité et aux conseils éclairés. On peut aller à Dubrovnik par le bus ligne 10 ou par bateau navette au petit port de Plat à 10 minutes à pied (et pas de montée rude pour le retour 😉). Un grand merci Paula pour cet accueil et Drago pour son français très apprécié. On n'espère qu'une chose, revenir chez vous.

Tout était parfait

Des hôtes exceptionnels aux petits soins : accueil très agréable, plein de conseils pour les visites, et un passage quotidien dans l'appartement pour un petit coup de nettoyage, changer les serviettes, vider les poubelles, ... des prestations rares en dehors des hôtels. Un appartement impeccable, parfaitement situé à 2 minutes d'un arrêt de bus pour Dubrovnik (très utile tant il est impossible d'accéder en voiture à la vieille ville), avec une vue exceptionnelle dans un cadre très agréable. Tout est très propre et très confortable, merci à vous pour votre accueil si charmant !

Il manquerait peut être un four dans la cuisine. Avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu des messages automatiques quotidiens pour nous rappeler notre séjour, soit une bonne dizaine de messages, cela était un peu pénible et redondant.
