From being met off the boat and bags taken up to the guesthouse, to my little paradise room overlooking the port and sea and across to the mountains with lovely breezes and a really comfortable bed and stone patio to enjoy the views and eat brecky: I thought Nereids was sensational and enjoyed how hard their cleaner from Ukraine worked, how helpful she was and how helpful the 2 brothers were. I’ll be back!!
I enjoyed the walk partially up hill over the cobblestones to Nereids but it may be challenging for someone with bad knees. You can always get a donkey!

Lovely room & outdoor terrace with view to the harbour. Well located in Hydra Town, close to the action yet a quiet area and no stairs to climb. Friendly and helpful staff. Would love to return.

We had the top room with two incredible views: one of the sea and the other of the mountain. It was a joy to wake up to. It was also wonderful to wake up to the sound of doves and chickens rather than cars! Great host and the lady who did the cleaning also did a wonderful job of all our washing and ironing. Would highly recommend.
There are fifty steps from the road to the accommodation, but we got used to them after a day or two and were feeling fitter by the time we left. This could be a problem for anyone not so steady on their feet or having mobility problems.
