The girl at the reception was very polite and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the port and ferry, which is very important when you see how many steep stair are deeper on the island. All the important restaurants and attractions are close-by but it's still in a quiet area. I really appreciated the daily toilet trash cleaning, considering the "no paper in toilet" policy on the island. Large vanity for all
If you have some noisy neighbors who like to stay and chat on their terrace until 4am you can loudly hear everything, which can be a little annoying if you want to sleep with your window open. The bed frame squeaked a little but the mattress is ok. The water boiler must be started before you shower and closed after. Fortunately, it takes way less then the girl said until the water is hot (15min vs. ~5min). The bathroom is a little crowded, but it served it's purpose :)

The staff! They are the heart of the place, IRIS at the reception is a sweet girl, speak English well, is kind, well the top of the top. KARAM the guy that almost does everything to keep the place extremely clean and organized. I had a wonderful. The location is convenient close to EVERYTHING!!! Thank you guys!!

Location.
The terrace was gorgeous, shady with several tables and chairs. Great for aperitifs
Plug sockets were not convenient for the kettle
