Sehr freundliche Vermieterin - alles lief glatt und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist sehr tief in der Natur & ländlich: Das wollten wir auch.

Teilweise noch "sehr kleine" Baustellen (Fassade Nachbarunterkunft, die physisch angeschlossen ist). Unverkleidetere Rolladenkasten. Terasse / Feuerstelle könnte den Ausblick allgemein noch besser nutzen.

Grote ruime woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie tuin met bbq faciliteiten en leuk zitje. Zeer geschikt voor grote groepen.

Als ik dan toch iets moet zoeken, er is geen plaats om je afvalzakken weg te gooien en je glas te laten. Hebben ze maar mee naar huis genomen.

A very spacy house with a lot of opportunities. A big party room has a couple of Sofa's, a billiard, an organ, a dart, etc. A big garden offers a plenty of space for family's and/or children's activities, including but not limited to a trampoline, a set of swings, etc... The dining room was big enough for us, 25 people... The house is located in a very calm but beautiful area. Other than that, during our one week stay, we visited to Cochem, Koblenz and Trier, the renowned tourist areas... All within 1-1,5 hr drive. No issues for parking space. We could park our 6 cars without any difficulty every time. Last.but not least, the very kind landlady would make your travel more comfortable.

Couple of beds squeak, noticeable floor noise, a shower head(s) may need to be replaced.(i.e. 1st floor)
